jennifer masson The Sloper is on its way to you. Keep in mind even though you are the same measurement you may have to adjust the Sloper to your body. Please add seam allowance and make a pattern and cut and sew it into muslin. This way you can try it on and make any adjustments to the pattern. Keep me posted I would love to help you further. Thank you again.
Hi Susan, When it comes to blocking and pressing the muslin for the sloper garment, is it the same as your early video on drape muslin blocking? Or is that more detailed because it’s draping? Let me know, Thank you!
You just want to make sure that the muslin is not wrinkled or distorted in any way, as I said in the video. It is not totally necessary to block each piece. I hope that helps.
Okay, for I think the 1" seam allowance in the front or back is for a zipper or if your adding buttons? I am a little confuse and wish to make correct learning written and mental notes.
This video is primarily done to explain what you do to Fit your Sloper pattern. If you are fitting the Muslim on yourself you can early pin the Muslim if the opening is on the center front
This is not advice on making a garment it’s just for fir purposes. On a design or garment you make from the Sloper you then of course put a zipper or opening in the back

Helpful, but I still fail to see why making dresses for dressforms is a thing. Clothes are worn by people, and people definitely don't come in 'standard'.
This is a loaded question. Yes, dress forms are standard size and they very every 20 to 30 years. Now you can get dressed forms very specific to your measurements or your companies measurements to be easier for your clients. Unless you’re going to be draping on individuals themselves, which I have done for custom work. This is the only other way you can go. Dress forms have come along way since the 40s and 50s when they were very extreme and not realistic. Now you can get dressed forms that are very custom to what you need. Even if you drape on a Dress Form , you still have to tweak it to the individual because the body moves and Dress Form does not move in and out as you breathe. All this information and more could be obtained from being a part of my membership on my membership platform I would love for you to check it out.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. I'll have to rewatch the video, but thanks for noticing if there was a miss spoke:).
