you should also look into swapping your cluster with a denali cluster. Sense the whole center part of the denali clusters are digital unlike the silverado one. If that's something you'd be interested in doing
I put a flowmaster outlaw cat back on my 2017 gasser on the garage floor by myself and what a pain in the ass! Lol wasn't too terrible but it definitely would of helped to have another set of hands 😂. I'm also in Pa and wish i would of put Fluid film on after the exhaust!
Hey Matt, I have 2015 also, going through an engine replacement as we speak. Thank goodness for a warranty, but was told to me that the 2015s had some issues with cranks breaking. Mine was complete stock, just driving down the road at 75 when it broke. The truck had 118K at the time. I didn't know of this problem but once it happened to me I researched it more. There is no rim or reason, it happens to some and not others. Something about the castings for the 2015 cranks that year. The warranty is paying 22K for a new long block and labor, I'm forking out about 3K for a new fuel pump, water pump, and some other items. Just wanted to make you aware.

So it will be another week to get the bad one out, transfer accessories, and the new one installed. I had to come out of pocket for the water and fuel pump since this was the best time to replace them. But again I am all stock!
Same man on my LML 2013 .. was merging on the highway at a steady pace at about 70-75 my crank broke and my warranty denied the claim so I came out of pocket $23,000 and currently in the process of suing the warranty company the get my money back. Doing a cp3 conversion with fass fuel system, banks exhaust manifolds and fleece cheetah turbo, arp head studs, forged and keyed crank, de lipped pistons.. hope she rips haven't had it since Memorial Day weekend. Will have it back this coming weekend
Sounds just like our deleted F550 fleet service trucks my company has- also MPG’s are much better compared to non-deleted trucks. Yes they weigh in at 16-18k but- the deleted trucks achieve 40-50% better mpg’s with very noticeable power gains.
We just deleted our F-450 fueling truck and the power and MPG gains it now has finally convinced the owner of our company to get delete kits for the rest of our diesel trucks.

New to the Duramax world curious so did you only do a dpf back exhaust and tune? No other upgrades preformance wise. Looking a nice 2016 low miles but don’t want to spend a bunch to get the sound and feel of a diesel. Last truck was back long ago and a 5.9 Cummins in the mid 2000s. They sounded good with no mods. Not crazy about deleting and doing a bunch of shit to them. Thanks.

Makes me regret selling my LML. I went from a Canadian diet ‘11 LML to a stock ‘17 L5P, then sold it and went back to my debt free 5 speed ‘96 7.3. Kind of itching for a 15.5-16 Denali or high country

Hey Matt. On the Tesla /android tablet (radio). Would you know how to align the screen? When I click the “console” tab/app Everything as far as the old style console that comes up. Is a bit shifted to the right.. I’m still learning a lot about this thing. Not sure how I feel about it.. but that’s my major issue. You’re the only other person I know who speaks English who has the same one.. (I assume. They sent me the new Qualcomm 14.4” instead of the px6). Anyways. Appreciate it and love the channel. Same truck. Just have the dually;)
(Waiting on your video for the back up camera and which one you go with.. I unplugged mine took it apart to clean it up and now I get a “” black screen with “service rear camera/ vision”. So.. looking forwards to that. Lol

That was a GREAT truck and a perfect DD. I do miss it. But I had nothing really left to mod on it without going wild and really expensive.

Reverse level. I lowered the rear and cranked the torsion keys up just a touch.
