    I have been told by a couple of well known people that the SOFT in the LML doesn't mess with power just fueling. The ECM doesn't like the SOFT style tuning. Try doing a 0hp tune and a 200hp tune to get a real comparison. My LML with a 200hp tune makes around 540 rwhp and 1200 ft torque.

      Yup single times are the way to go on LMLs. ECM can’t “hold” 5 separate tunes, so the SOTF tuning is actually a single tune which is the max HP tune, that I believe when you switch to lower tunes it’s just fooled to lower HP with different fueling

      @@l5palaskan617 I got my dyno sheet I did 562 1007 in a 16 lml I don’t know how people are getting 1200 torque that’s 15p numbers my buddy did 617-1250 in his l5p

    I’m glad I didn’t waste the money and time for the sotf I never take my lml out of the 100hp tune and even if I did it takes 10 minutes max to switch tunes

    LMLs are known to “not like” switch on the fly tunes.
    They keep fuel the same. So tune 2 has the same “power” on the low end as tune 5. Tune file will just keep the fuel going on the top end. They do it by changing the fuel temp.

    Didn’t realize how much better the sound was after being deleted I’m from Colorado everyone drives diesel but everyone has them tuned and lifted for rust now I’m in North Carolina I can’t even find a used diesel 4x4 pretty crazy

    What about a 2023 6.7 Powerstroke??? What is best turner? I don’t need to switch power on the fly, but I used to have minimaxx on my 6.4 for years ZERO issues…

      This is the kit for the 2023-2024 powerstroke. I believe it’s just a stock delete tune, I don’t think there’s any way to add HP to the factory ecms on those trucks yet unless you do an ecm swap. shrsl.com/4ke0q

      They actually use more than just GDP. It depends on which engine it’s for. But no they don’t write their own tunes, the companies they use are solid though.

    Not likely it would happen but would love to see what the comparison would be on an LBZ. Been searching for a super clean and bone stock rust free LBZ. Took a year but finally found it. Recently did up pipes, down pipe, exhaust, EGR delete. Would be nice to know just how much power different it is from stock. Sure feels a lot better!

    Question; what do you think about 3.0 CRD engines , you can find them in ram 1500 or Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 etc? The crank shaft bearings have a problems you can on the internet…is it because factory fault or lack of service? Let me know what you think 👍🏻. Thanks

    i'm running my 250 on the +30 and fuel mileage skyrocketed. like 5 MPG verified at pump. no reason to change anything after that haha!

    The Facebook geniuses say lml doesn't benefit much from a shift on the fly run. Most of them say single tune is best for lml. This video kind of shows it

      That’s the nice thing about this kit is you can just program a single tune with the ez lynk instead of the switch if you prefer.

      @darkirondiesel what's your take on the cp4. I'm at 156,000km deleted ezlynk single 45 tune. Tows 8200lbs in the summer ( camper). 2016 3500. Should I be as worried as the guys on Facebook say you should be. I know lots of cp4 trucks with high mileage hard lives. Seems like fuel in the states is the problem most of the ppl on the page I'm on are in the states

    Kyle, I’m about to buy this from them for my 16 LML but the fact that you said a higher number tune makes less power makes me apprehensive to deal with them. Could you make a video explaining how the higher power tune would make less on the dyno?

      Well keep in mind that chassis dynos are always calculations, basically it estimates the horsepower. All of the runs were different, it’s hard to get them all reading the exact same with an automatic transmission. There are so many variables especially with the torque converter. Also keep in mind I’m the only guy actually dyno testing these tunes. The truck felt FAST and had amazing fuel milage. I was extremely happy with the tunes. Also keep in mind there were about 20 other tunes I could have tried but I just ran out of time. I imagine if you tried other companies tunes you would get similar dyno results. Don’t be apprehensive, these kits are great. At least I’m physically showing you fuel milage and power where as other companies you don’t have anyone testing them like me. Trust me, you’ll be more than satisfied 👍🏻

      And to answer your question, once I switched tunes the higher HP tune made significantly more HP than the level 1 tune.

    Since this is a GM theme video, I have a question which relates to the new GM Duramax as per the 2024/2025 model years. Has there been anything figured out in getting past this new ECM system to allow deleting as I was given the impression not that long ago that it was a no go after the 2023 model year ?. Even aftermarket diagnostic equipment not being able to work properly on these trucks or so I have been hearing, another words "take it to your dealer" crap. By the way I am in Alberta.

      @@Rc51con I would not doubt the nanny theme at all, that basically is what part of the Global B system is all about I had read as per the updates over the air from GM. That crap would have to be shut off and am only speculating that if that was done, no more ability for the GPS system, phone etc as I assume it all revolves around the same antenna shark. I can't begin to understand its complexity and how all the systems, ECM, BCM, TCM, and god knows what else all talk between each other before the vehicle can think about taking a piss !. So I can only guess how difficult it all is, yet thieves seem to be able to steal these vehicles and make them disappear from Mother GM.
