My electricity payment failed though the amount was dedcuted from google pay. I went to the bank branch to complaint but they said, the system doesnt show the amount being transacted and the merchant siad they did not recieved the bill. I have to pay extra money for the bill. Its been two months now that i didnt receive the refund amount 😢

Daalne pe 956₹ show kiya aur maine pay kar diya and abhi tak upadate nhi hua 1 din ho gaya aur phirse paytm/phone pay aur official site pe consumer no. Daalne pe 960₹ bill show kar rha hai kya karu bhai paytm me support bhi bekar hai bot baat karta hai please help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭
