4 years ago this week my daughter fell of a deck and broke her c2 causing spinal cord damage. She was flown by helicopter to the best rehab in Michigan. She was paralyzed from the neck down. After Doctors placed her in the halo devise, she was able to gain feeling in extremities it was a long road full of a lot of tears and why me and huge victories.. This year she went downhill skiing, ran track for her school and learned to water ski. Keep pushing yourself. Take the hard days instride and know that others are praying for you. Good luck

I broke my neck an back in july 2020 my skull was disconnected from my spine an my spinal chord was severed on my right side an my vegas nerve was said to be destroyed they said id never walk again an told me to find a good bed an wheel chair, ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD I CAN NOW WALK AGAIN AN USE MY HANDS DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS IN YOUR MIND OR AROUND YOU IN ORDER FOR MIRACLES TO HAPPEN YOU MUST BELIEVE!! YOU WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS MY FRIEND I HAVE 5 CHILDREN I HOMESCHOOL AN ALL OF MY THERAPY HAS BEEN AT HOME NEVER WITH A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL( I WAS A HIGH LEVEL ATHLETE AN TRAINER SO I KNEW THE TRAINING TO START WITH AN STUDIED THE REST) I LOVE YOU LITTLE BROTHER KEEP FIGHTING HAVE FAITH AN PRAISE GOD!! I AM STILL TRAINING AND HAVE ISSUES IN DIFFERENT AREAS MY HAND ONLY WORKS ABOUT 60 % ON MY LEFT AND I HAVE MINIMAL FEELING ON MY ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE EXTREME MUSCLE SPASMS AN FALLING ARE AN ALMOST EVERYDAY THING BUT GOD'S NOT DONE WITH ME HE DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME SO I'M NOT GIVING UP ON HIM!! STAY PRAYED UP LITTLE BROTHER!

In Dec 2022 I had a diving accident and broke my C5 - burst fracture with damage to the spinal cord. After months of intensive therapy and by the grace of God, I am walking again, running and playing with my children.
No matter the circumstance trust the great orchestrator, His plan and purpose for your life is great!

I really would like to know how long it wast before his toes wiggled?My daughter is recovering from a spine injury and I really need some encouragement. 🙏🏽
His injury was May 2022, and this video was provided to us in September 2022.
My son is also recovering from spinal injury he’s 5 weeks post op and still little to no feeling in his legs but showing a good sign of recovery

Hey pal, what injury level were you.
His page does not specify the injury level but it does mention this info: "On May 15th, 2020, I had a swimming pool accident and sustained a spinal cord injury by breaking three cervical (neck) vertebrae. I was immediately paralyzed chest down with minimal use of my arms...The surgeon placed two rods and ten screws in my cervical spine from C4-T2." Hope that helps.

Was there any specific treatment or therapy he did that helped him to get his feelings back?

Was he complete or incomplete sci?
I don't think his family has shared that info specifically, but we do know he is living with quadriplegia with an injury at the C1-C4 level.

How long was this recovery process in the video? Dealing with an sci myself and trying not to get discouraged
We don't have a complete timeline, but the injury was May 2020 and this video was sent to us in Sept 2022. So less than 2.5 years.
