I am going to Las Vegas next week with my girlfriend and first time using SixT! Do you know if SixT let you pick a car or they assign you one in terminal? we have went with a Challenger or similar!
The people waiting, what are they waiting for? Like is it for an employee to get a car stored somewhere for them? or what? i'm curious since i'm renting my first car via Avis when i fly to San Francisco later and have no idea how it all works.
@@disneyfan9099 oh okay thanks, what about the people who pre ordered / paid for a car before they arrived? Shouldn’t cars then be “reserved” for the people who already paid for a car compared to the people who just walk in? Do u know how that works with priority?
I saw that at another Avis/Budget location (I was next door at National/Enterprise), and to be honest, although I don't know why it's done, it's a tad bit annoying.. af.
This is terrible. This forced EV situation has really turned the once pleasurable activity of renting a cool car into a nightmare! I'm really quite worried for my upcoming trip to PHX. I have booked a sporty car, but it doesn't look like anyone will have anything desirable...just horrible!
Is it possible for you to book a combustion car and receive an electric model? I have a reservation for the BMW 4 series in the PDAR class through SIXT, I will never accept an electric car with a replacement 😐
EV's weren't the way to go for the rental agency fleets.
Does those EV in rental come with chargers ? If so do they have a 240v chargers ?? Level2 chargers??

They will give yoy a car. Most likely you will get a BMW or a Benz.

No one wants the EVs with their laughable range and lack of flexibility. It is something you can commit to as a private car but not for a rental

Yeah they ran out of cars ir looks like so those people are waiting for them to bring more cars around.

That means it was just cleaned and parked so someone needs to come by and scan it in and out the space number that its parked in

Its really not that bad. There's always cars that sit. Before EVs it was minivans and pickups that would sit because no one wanted those.
