I tried to start on Turo with my bmw, and the very first renter brough the car back with the front driver suspension destroyed, the repair cost sum up to $3500 and the car out of service for a month, thankfully Turo covered the repair, but I was so scared that never again.
You didn't do your research remember this this is very important do not ever put a car on Turo if you care about that car it does not matter what kind of car it is how much the car cost it is inevitable that someone is going to damage the car
@@444_balmain4just like your traditional rental companies they offer an insurance packet where you pay a deductible if you get into an accident but if you choose not to do that band total dust cover the damage in we have to pay a deductible. As long as we have taken good pictures of the damage to show that the car was not damaged before or it didn't have that dent in it or scratch or whatever before they will cover that
Do you guys have any courses on how to get started with private rentals? Im currently only doing turo but would definitely like to branch out. Let me know
WHAT a TAHOE did nearly 8k???? that's Cybertruck revenue lollllll well done. the slow season is finally over in my area, as of today my revenue hit 100k this month. forecase it will end around 120k this month for me.
I would have preffered ROI on the cars in his fleet and why he is selling instead of "Idont really like this one, this one is sick and this one is OK" Thanks for sharing your experience though!
Great video brother. I'm barely new being a host in Turo, I have 2 cars, I just started this year here in AZ. How are the summers on the hot States like Arizona and Nevada? Any experience or advices for us that live here? Thank you again brother👌🏼👍🏽
Private means your own company. Like you rent it off turo. Also I’m pretty sure on vs off season means like times when the car is booked the most, so I’m guessing for a corvette, the on season would be in the summer cuz convertible
I don’t understand why the Tiguan engine wasn’t covered if you had proof renter was abusing car. Also please speak to the tracking/monitoring app you use?
It depends what plan you have there's three plans that they offer and it's based on how much of a deductible you want to pay if you do not want to pay a deductible then I believe the lowest one that you get 65% most people pick the 85% plan because the deduct was $250 if someone crashes the car
Each car seems to be making a few hundred bucks profit. That's before maintenance and if someone messes something up. I'd get like 4 or 5 of that same exact 8k tahoe. And then experiment with other tahoe models, prior generations and newer. Different options
Could you possibly do a video breaking down what your relationship looks like to work with vehicle partners. How you cultivate those partnerships and properly structure it to be a win-win! Thanks 🙌🏼
If i were to rent any cars to anyone, I'd rig some kind of stopper behind the gas pedal. They'd only get a reasonable amount of throttle and if anyone went faster than 85 mph They'd be paying some type of fee. Or block the throttle and find a way to limit the speed to 85. Otherwise customers will break your cars and youll be holding the bill. Who cares if the car made 2000 bucks for a few months when you have to replace the engine for 10k and it will never be the same again. Also remove traction control buttons.
Come on buddy come on gross income means nothing show net after everything how much you get at home after tax after partnership after commission after everything insurance repairs, blah blah blah blah blah blah net to the pocket how much that’s what it makes sense not nothing else 😂
Net is the only important number, I would love to hear some net numbers after expenses and depreciation

#1 problem-you said ‘your’ BMW. Only rent assets that are bought to generate revenue, not a personal car you care about.
Also, don’t customer have to cover damages?

How many cars do you have on turo ? Do you do private rental or just turo bro your killing it 🎖️
Rather than gross revenue, please can you share bottom-line net profit after all expenses?
Explain the details of private rental. Ie: tips do's dont's etc etc
Great content. I hope many strive like this as well.
How do you find your private rentals?
How do you get a vehicle partner? Could you explain that?

What does private bookings looks like? Is it difficult finding insurance
Do you have any insurance outside of your GMI insurance? Like business insurance etc since you have a location and rent privately?
What happened to America's Motors in Tempe, AZ?
Just looked in the Turo forums and they said they shutdown
Oh damn I rented from them
Could you break down how you find a vehicle partner and what that looks like
Important Important question so please answer. What city and state on turo do the most luxury rentals
If I were to guess, probably Miami Florida…
@@kingofrentals I thought it would have been las vegas
How many miles was the Tiguan at when the engine blew?

70% (vehicle partner) and 30% us
how about the maintenance? does the vehicle partner cover the costs?

lol there’s a device called a limiter companies install in the engine compartment that limits mph, no stopper at the pedals lol
