I'm anxious to see the Bucs other early draft pick as well... Calijah Kancey. I think he'll be stunting around, creating major havoc... He's way to fast for O-linemen to stay in front of, and to strong for RBs and TEs to block.

I cannot wait to see him healthy he is blazing fast
Kancey proceeded to steal headlines once he took the field in Indianapolis with a 4.67 40-yard dash. It was the fastest 40 by any defensive tackle since 2003 and just an eyelash faster than Donald’s 2014 time of 4.68.
During Pitt’s pro day Wednesday, Kancey continued the trend. His unofficial 4.33 on the short shuttle was also faster than any defensive tackle at the combine (and faster than all but two defensive linemen), and his 33.5-inch vertical would have been second-best in Indianapolis.🤯🤯🤯🤯

Yeah, this going to get better with him. I want to see a little bit of Marquese Watts as well. He has the most speed out of all the edge rushers

      Right

Zyon it's starting to find his own.. his combine was ridiculous..
      40 - 4.33 seconds (No. 3 among CBs)
      Vertical - 39.5” (No. 2 among CBs)
Broad Jump - 11’0″ (No. 1 among CBs)
      3-Cone - 6.48 seconds (No. 1 of all positions)
20-yard Shuttle - 3.94 seconds (No. 1 of all positions)
Supposedly he became the 5th corner since 2003 to get a '99 on athleticism score.. he went from 89% completion rating against quarterbacks to a 65% his senior year I honestly think this dude has everything it takes to be a starting caliber cornerback in the NFL..
Playing with Carlton Davis playing against receivers like Mike Evans and practice would definitely step his game up he has the speed to keep up with 98% of the receivers in the game.
6'2 with a 4.33 40, 39.8 vert and his change of direction which a lot of taller corners with that type of speed struggle with (Mr Dean). Looks ALOT better than last year.
At the combine he showed off in the cone drills he has a natural quick change of direction ability but you didn't really see that last year.
I'm very excited to see the strides he takes this year.. so far it looks pretty darn good especially when you filled in for Dean.

What another pleasant surprised to see a YaYa Video. I have high hopes for him. He has all the physical gifts. Once he gets his technique down for pass rushing he will be a monster. Can't wait to see him and Calijah on the field together. Thanks for the video.

That duo has the aptitude to be elite. I agree that they can be a nasty disruptive force for the next 5-6 if they stay healthy. I personally see the comps to Simeon rice and sapp 😏😏

Did you notice on the 3rd play when Carr stepped up, right at the snap Carr looks at Yaya to see how well he burst off the line before switching his head up to go through his progressions.

I think this is good. I was thinking that a lot of fans would say the Dline did not play well because they did not get the sacks. But realize that the pressure they getting was very effective. They only rushed 4 with very little blitzing. That meant the extra man was in coverage. That shows tue Bucs are a decent defensive football team when their pass rush is effective with just 4 guys.

Diaby has running back speed and he weighs 260 lbs. I cannot wait until he is a full-time starter.

He must have gained weight. He was 260 at the Combine I believe. The important part is he ran a 4.5 at that weight.@vampiricacademiaancientlib2225

Nice play on that cut back run but it wasn’t going for 60 yards. White and Winfield shed their blocks and Delaney was there too

Thought the same, Delaney was still unblocked but I get their point. He’s better run defender than jts right now so I think he’ll steal his job by the end of the year.

Love this; but that "..they've been lacking play makers (aside from the ILBs David and White), especially the front 7" comment hurt on a game where #31 Safety Antoin Winfield had a absolutely stellar game against the Saints and has been with us for something like 3 years now. I think you were just trying to specify up front, but leaving it open juuust a little hurt. lol

Nice that we had a solid hit on drafting Yaya. Especially when Logan Hall seems like a body on the field, Joe Tryon seems to get bullied at times, and Calijah seems to be still hurt.

Low key. Lavonte helped a lot on that play too. If he would have went up the middle. Kamara would have had an escape route. They both read that play excellently. Lavonte is a vet and does what he normally does but without him on that play too it could have gone a different way. Kamara can make ppl miss easily. But not guys like lavonte. He is a track hawk on the field. Yaya read that great too though. Hopefully he matures into a beast opposite barrett. I really like the rotation the defense is getting though. Great break down. 🙌🏽 also on that same first play. Devin most likely was covering the tight end. But they both are being put in roles they can use their current skill sets to get that defense going. White imo is the run stopper because of his speed and getting off blocks. But lavonte is definitely the coverage linebacker and tackling machine. I’m a lavonte fan obviously and the video is about yaya. But I go back to the beginning. David helped yaya on that play a lot too.
