Ran across your video, nice and short. I would like to see a follow up on your system. It's interesting to me on how people diagnose their A/C issues. I was looking at your gauges thinking you are low on the high side and a bit high on the low side for the 75 deg temp readings. Where in your video you say that it's low. Also might mention that you do need to purge the lines of ambient air. Do not want regular air entering your AC system. But glad that you finished up the video noting that you probably have other issues. I never could get an accurate reading with a laser temp gauge. I still use the old meat temp looking gauge.

You are right, I was trying to show how after I filled it, the low side pressure was a little high and the high side pressure was a little low. Probably didn't do the best job of getting that across. I agree about the "meat temp" gauges, I usually use one of those but I lost mine. A/C systems are not complicated to me, I may try to do another video about it while I fix whatever is causing mine to still not blow cold. Thanks!

Compressor ain't compressing like it should. High side definitely is low.

Yeah, I guess I just need a new compressor. Maybe the orifice tube is clogged, but either way I gotta evacuate the system to find out. I'll probably do a new compressor, orifice tube, and accumulator.

it amazes me when someone comments and puts truth and fact in the comments, they seem to disappear . some will except their failures and try to overcome them, some will never

techs in this industry is way under trained. their is so much more to no. get u a micron gauge , u will be amazed how much moisture u will leave in that system just doing a 45min to hr vacuum pull. i had to leave my last ac job on the vacuum pump overnight to get to 242 microns with a 30 min decay only rose to 275. now thats a dry ac system. moisture is our enemy. i use a one hose method for vacuum with micron gauge and trublu vacuum hose

Where can you get a micron gauge that connects to a manifold gauge hose?

@@benwrenchin trutech tools. i use the bluvac mini. i have measure quick app on i pad so i can graph whats going on and be working in my shop and just glance over and watch the progress. But u dont have to or get all my setup. I have all this stuff cause i do a lot of ac work and can keep records for my customers. i have a lot of wireless probes. but if you watch love2hvac and tom lech that is where to start.i dont recomend buying anything until u watch them then u will no what those measuring instruments are for and where to place them.but the micron gauge is best to start with.after watching them hit me up on what you think

Nice thanks, I'm interested in measuring the moisture in the system.
