Welder that would probably be better for you. I have a Honda rancher 350 with a bigger stall and 29.5 tires and i have a gear reduction in my 350 rancher
some can do it in the bike. more easier to work on out of the bike. I got the bike with the Motor out already and installed the 500 top end and webcam performance camshaft so I had to take the clutch out to put cam in. anymore questions feel free to ask. thanks for watching
+Josh Sparks your welcome I never had a video so I thought it would be helpful. glad it was. I used a impact to take my clutch off and it slide right off. and a good c clamp to get the c clips off and on
Chad Robbins it worked good for me. i still have 26 mudzillas but 30 i would recommend a gear reduction. i have 29.5 on my 350. thick mud she'll stop pulling
+Michael Whitehill I have a 350 rancher clutch kit and gear reduction and 29.5 but before I had just 28 on the 350 and they did fine. but I put clutch kit in it and wanted 29.5s and got a 23.5 gear reduction.
I'm running 28" outlaws I ordered the epi elevation kit

hiEnuff 420 with this set should do fine I believe
Welder yeah it will. I have both 420 and 350 ranchers
its easier if you use a screwdriver to put springs on...or a awl that is tapered.....
where did you get those fancy axle paddles at???
I have a 420 that stalls when I put in gear would this be the issue
+hiEnuff Is it necessary to pull the clutch or can you just stand it up on the rear rack

how did this work. I have a 2010 ES rancher and want to put 30' zillas and want to not lose a lot of power

where is the video of the 840 brute????
taking it out to the farm and getting a video real soon. will be a riding video and walk around. thanks for asking
what kit did you use?
What exactly does the clutch kit do???
raises the stall of the clutch to engage to turn bigger tires. they make a higher one. this is the economy clutch kit
+hiEnuff I have the rancher AT -and I have 28s and I have a hard time sometimes
+Michael Whitehill I have a 350 rancher clutch kit and gear reduction and 29.5 but before I had just 28 on the 350 and they did fine. but I put clutch kit in it and wanted 29.5s and got a 23.5 gear reduction.
+hiEnuff I have the rancher 420 irs with auto. And it struggles with 28 zillas
+Michael Whitehill the 420 at are geared different that's why you are having trouble.
how much of a difference did the kit make
welder Man made a difference. didn't want the bigger stall but the economy was a good choice for me. i had bigger tires I would have gone bigger stall
common clutch kit 😂
