    Hey Mesa! What is that blue pedal at the top of the board -the curvy one? -Thanks! PS I'm enjoying my Mk5 35 immensely.

      Thanks, Russ - glad you're digging the Mark Five: 35! The curvy blue Pedal is an older(ish) Peterson strobe tuner. Rock on! :)

    Any thoughts on using this pre with a Fishman FCL acoustic bass pickup and running it into a Roland 100 cube bass amp?

    • @mesaboogie
      @mesaboogie  5 лет назад

      Can't say that we've tried that specific arrangement but the Subway gear does work quite well with acoustic bass setups.

      Also, what kind of cable works for the mic, a regular XLR or does it take a 1/4 XLR hybrid into the instrument input?

    • @mesaboogie
      @mesaboogie  5 лет назад

      @@bustabass9025 The input is a 1/4" jack.

      Which can be adapter interfaced on the female end of a common XLR cable, while the male end connects the mic...right?

    can it powered by phantom?

    • @RyanRapetti
      @RyanRapetti 4 года назад

      While this would be cool, phantom power is limited to a few milliamps. It's enough for a mic and that's it.

    Thanks so much for NOT demonstrating how it sounds and, instead, talking the entire time. That's how you sell items that are tone based - obviously. Keep talking... Next.....
