    What do you think about using black cocoa powder?

      Honestly I haven't baked with it very much. It doesn't have as much chocolate flavor and it can be drying so I don't use it too often and haven't tried it here.

    In your dark chocolate cupcakes recipe you added chopped dark chocolate. Can you omit it?... if so do u need to make any adjustments to recipe?... TIA can't wait to make them

      Yes you can just omit the chocolate, but I don't recommend it for best flavor. :)

      Hmm I haven't tried it, but I think it could work. I'm not sure on a bake time.

    Recently bought a stand mixer and have baked 3 time since I bought it. Ended up using the hand mixer. I swear that I feel the stand mixer burning a hole in the back of my neck 😅

    Ms. Suga absolutely amazingly simple, however ? Can we use coconut oil and coconut milk?
    They seem very tasty as you are enjoying doing taste test lol 😂!

    Can you make these into regular size cupcakes instead of mini? If so, how long in the oven?

      That should work. They will need 17-19 minutes in the oven. :)

    Hi, how many regular size cupcakes will this batter make? Do you have a written recipe for it?

      The recipe will be the same, bake time will be a bit longer, probably around 13-15 minutes. I think it'll make about 24 regular sized cupcakes. :)

    Hi Sam, I've got a question. I'm kinda perturbed that my son seems to have lost my big glass mixing bowl. 🤷
    Since I'm looking to replace it I'm wondering, why do you use glass instead of stainless steel?

      Honestly I use both pretty indifferently for daily use in my kitchen. I have two sets of stainless steel I love! However I like to use glass when filming because I think it’s easier for the camera to see what’s happening in the mixing bowls, if that makes sense! So you really can’t go wrong either way :)

    Why the cornstarch? Just curious.

      It adds structure to the cupcake without drying it out, it helps give them slightly domed tops and it makes them a bit more stable under the weight of the frosting, all while still keeping them super soft and melt in your mouth good. ☺️

    Can this recipe be used to make normal sized cupcakes? I don't have a muffin tin for mini cupcakes.

      Yes they can be baked as normal cupcakes. The bake time will be longer. :)
