Got to reach out to a sales center. Prices may swing across markets because of delivery and set up differences. Also swings on customer customization. I stay clear of pricing and stick to showing the product and try to point you in the right direction if you are interested in buying.
What happened to porch, where office is, in your video. Every other floorplan of Orchard House, has a porch there. I want the porch
Only thing I don't like is the cornor fireplace .
Mount that big TV over it so you can also see it easily in the kitchen.
