It’s not big enough to call a dining room, more like a nook..for 2400sf, there should be a bigger living room and dining area. You need to take the sf of the porch and subtract it from the living area… no one ever talks about insulation, exterior wall lumber.. thermo windows. Btu of furnace, or gallon of water heater.

The prices on these homes is outrageous! Most people can never afford these!

It list for 273,000. I would rather build a house for that price... the counter tops look nice but are not high end. These homes are out pricing themselves and defeating their purpose. Originally they were suppose to be the alternative to the prices of regular houses. Not impressed.

I'm a service contractor and I can tell the difference in quality from other bands. I give 5 stars 🌟 to Timber Creek.

No mention of the pantry, No mention of the pot filler, love the NO CARPET throughout 👏🏼personally, don’t care about tubs 🛁 so the shower 🚿 could be bigger, with a seat, and the closet is way to small, where are my husbands clothes going to fit🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey Fred, what are your top 5 manufactures? We just bought a Sunshine Prime 2010 and were definitely torn between Sunshine and The Shorline by Franklin. Both of them seem to be built very high quality, compared to a lot of other manufactures.
