This home is near PERFECT! Only changes I would make is add carpeted bedrooms and have a regular door ILO a barn door to the master bath! That Dragonfly Deck is out of this world, perfect to have it lead to the pool! Looking for land on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, so it wouldn't have a huge delivery charge! I like this one but I like the upgrades in the one you did on December 21st 2023...that door off the living room was absolutely beautiful I like French doors... on this one I love the black shutters on the front windows .
This one has a different look they ordered on the exterior that gives the same look as some of the new Farmluxe houses. Great look for less price. Amazing job by the sales team there
