Howdy B ! Sweet deal you have here the tires make your truck look like a bulldog on steroids lol ! Awesome run as well too,see you around brother! 👍🏻👌🏻
Great little trucks, if you can go for the MJX Hyper Go 16208 if you can get them where you are. Same platform as the one in this video, but comes with the Maxx style clipless body. There all crazy on 3s & a lot of fun, tough as nails as well.
Yeah they are pretty cheap for what all you get, a brushless set up with some extras! A good deal imo, the 3s batteries I have coming, should wake em up!🤙
A mini Arrma Vorteks? No, a lot about this design screams Traxxas Hoss to me. The side rails that protect the chassis and the tires are pretty much exact copies of Traxxas Sledgehammer tires. Maybe a mix between a Hoss and a Vorteks
Yeah I give you the whole side rails thing, the hoss does have that, I say more of a Vortexs style because the body design is very similar with the roof skid plates and the wing in the back and the fact that it sits lower like a stadium truck
Throttle control. Throttling up will make the nose pitch up, and throttling down or braking will pitch the nose down. It takes practice, and different RC’s have different levels of control, but if you can learn to do it right, you will save yourself a lot of money in spare parts.
Have purchased 2 of these both times they only run for a few, and then the throttle stops. Bouggt one had this issue thought it was a fluke exchanged it and same issue happened. Turn off and back on, throttle works until I turn the steering wheel. It just stops. Steering still works, but no throttle. Blinking red light on the + side of the power box. This happened to both of them, both on day one, within one hour of use.
Does yours have the GPS transmitter or the non GPS transmitter? The non GPS transmitter has a useless adjuster knob at the back that adjusts the car to have an auto brake, auto forward run or no reverse - all totally useless settings in my opinion, you have to "tune" this adjuster just right to have your MJX running and driving properly - I see on the transmitter in the video that they swopped that pointless adjuster out for the light switch. You also might have a battery issue because mine did this when the battery was not charged.
This is called low voltage detection. The voltage in the LiPO cells are too low to safely operate, so the ESC cuts power to the motor, but continues to power the receiver, so the servo still works (the ESC has no control over the servo). Nothing is wrong with the car, you just need to charge the LiPO.
Yea that what I hate about hyper go products. The throttle just dies once the battery is nearly dead. You can steer and turn lights off and on but the throttle should still work to get it back to you, like slow the car down instead of it just fully stopping

Hey Mel hope your doing good over there on the island! Yeah for the price it’s a cool little budget Rc! Thanks for stopping by brother!🤙
@@rcreviews9894 Every chance I get brother B ! And your welcome !🤜🏻🤛🏻🤙🏻👍🏻👌🏻
What a little ripper ! I wouldnt mind picking up one of these ...

Got mine today, awesome!but i prefer my Hosim brushless 1/16 truck

Is it normal for front wheels not to be straight ? They kinda point outwards from eachother on mine
Yeah noticed that also on other videos. Havent received mine yet to check if you can adjust
Normal. Little bit of toe out on the front wheels increases high speed stability.
It’s for bashing steering . It’s all tuneable to sit how you like 👍
That little truck rims pretty good how fast you think that thing goes
Around 27- 30 with a 2s and they claim 40mph+ with a 3s, working on getting some 3s batteries for it to test that out!👍
@@rcreviews9894 have you tried the Traxxas 4-tec 2.0 or 3.0
What does "brushless" mean?
how can u control weather my car flips forward or backwards mid air?
Give it throttle, raises the nose. Hit the brake, lowers the nose.

How slow could I make it go for a 5 year old?
Well if you use the included 2s and run the throttle at 70% instead of a 100, you could probably get it going around 15 to 20 mph
@@rcreviews9894 Thats what I was thinking. And perhaps change the pinion and spur gear?
42 mph
30, actually. You need 3S for it to go 42
Sorry to tell you but they're all the same just different bodies That's it
Yeah that’s the case with most Rc’s
