I've had my fun at a Stage 1 power level so now we are stepping it up to Stage 2 - Single Pulley with Integrated Engineering. This is a short and sweet video on how to do the supercharger pulley install. It was a very easy install and went extremely well with the Integrated Engineering pulley removal tool. Below you will find the links to both the pulley and the removal tool:

Watching all your S4 video's man! Love it
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching
Nice install video, looking forward to the perf tests :D
Thanks! The dyno testing is coming up next!
Welcome to the dual pulley club! Can't wait for the next video.
Where do you see a dual pulley? Lol
@@VancityAudi Oh my bad. Sorry I watch vids while working. I even watched only one go on. The second one won't be long I'm sure :)
Will be cool if the next pulley is 200mm+, great content!
Thanks for adding the bit about holding the ignition button down! When I did my Stage 1 in January that bit held me up for a couple days as I wasn't sure what went wrong. I did find that leaving the Powerlink + laptop connected to the car while starting it up the first time post-tune also seemed to alleviate that issue :).
No problem. Thanks for watching!
Don't forget to regap the spark plugs to
.026 for the stage 2 single.
I was already there with my Stage 1 tune. Thanks for the reminder to potential viewers though.
Very impressive...an Audi with its skid plate still installed!
Lol, is that a common thing? Audi's that don't have skid plates?
@@VancityAudi I think most people leave them off so they can make sure their car is leaking the proper amount of oil.
Maybe the B8/8.5 doesn’t have that problem ...yet
@@bagelbandit6076 hahaha, I keep mine on to catch all the leaking oil! lol
I’m very excited for future modifications!
@VancityAudi did you also flash your Tcu from 7200rpm to 7400 shifts?
@@davidmusiyenko4158 no, there was no such TCU tune available to me. I only had the 7200rpm TCU tunes
@@VancityAudi contact IE. Look on their website. Once you go stage 2 single pulley your transmission control unit needs to get reflashed to readjust to the power and higher torque. Plus your redline goes from 7200rpm to 7400rpm. Please look and call. This does affect everything.
@@davidmusiyenko4158 I actually did contact IE right after this video was shot, haha. They informed me that the majority of their customers on this ECU tune use the 7200rpm TCU tune. The exact same one you use for Stage 1. Only when customers are trying to set records at the track do they suggest you bump the TCU tune up to the 7350rpm rev limit and re-flash the TCU. A 7400rpm tune, I'm not sure where you are seeing. As for a person daily driving this car on the 93 octane Stage 2 - Single Pulley tune I flashed the correct files.
@@VancityAudi I would love to show you my files. sorry, yes 7350. I bumped it up to 7350 and I would suggest you do it too! More power, better top end, and who doesn’t wanna rev out the supercharger even more haha
Hey Adam, in your next video would you mind elaborating why you chose to do the upper pulley first, rather than the prone to failure crank pulley?
I'm simply going through the stages of tuning from stock to stage 1 to stage 2. The crank pulley is an upgrade only done when you go Stage 2 - Dual Pulley. That would be the next step in the process of making more power for me.
Great job 👍.
IE! 🤙🏼
hi did you upgrade the heat exchanger with this upgrade, or are you still using factory!
It was the first upgrade: ruclips.net/video/80jnlqNax6Q/видео.html
What pain in removing the front bumper.
Why didn’t you do the crackle tune stage 2? U don’t like the pops and bangs lol. Great video btw as always 🔥:)
LOL, thank you
@@VancityAudi my pleasure😁. waiting to hear those pops and bangs 🏎💨💥
@@ergeskukli4087 Once I manage to get rid of my cats I'll do a pops and bangs video just for you, haha
@@VancityAudi looking forward to it 👏🏻👏🏻🔥
Have you done a video on what it is you log after a tune and how you go about doing that?
I have done multiple videos on how to log an RS3 and a B8 S4. I've shown the Unilogger from Unitronic, Powerlink from IE as well as VCDS/Vagcom.
@@VancityAudi New subscriber here, so I'll go back and look. Thank you!
@@projectxj9454 I'll help you out with the link for the B8 S4 logging then! ruclips.net/video/EChzDGcJh10/видео.html
Broo🤙🏽🔥🔥
Let me know if you hear any belt slippage when you send it. I feel like I hear it skip sometimes when I downshift and hit it. Might need new belts with the extra torque.
I've been romping on it for a couple weeks now. No belt slippage.
I did get a shorter belt for mine…ECS sells them as part of a kit to accommodate for the smaller pulley. Maybe look into that…if your existing belt was stretched and then you added the smaller pulley, might be why (if you are still dealing with it)?
@@daveevans7151 I believe the Apr kit comes with a new belt but I'll look into it 👌
Just did it to mh a7
u did it with out removing the bumper s allah
Did he get that pulley on in one try?
Sure did!
You planning on going dual pulley/test pipes?
Stay tuned to find out!
@@VancityAudi IM 99% sure you will! just wondering because its your daily. looking forward to it and how it sounds!
@@steve-ov6wq If it's still reliable at those power levels I don't see why I wouldn't keep making more power :)
What do you use for logging?
Powerlink from IE: ruclips.net/video/EChzDGcJh10/видео.html
@@VancityAudi That's cool! Thanks for sharing. I got my VCDS recently and have only really done a few small tweaks. Might have to look into playing around with it a bit more once I get the car back.
Nice work! Although do you realize how many people have already done this?
I do
This is not a hard job at all, you can do this at home with patience
I tried to show exactly that in this video
So would you be so nice and come over , and install a pulley on my supercharger? I don't have tools and don't know much about cars.
@@lou4nysq510 lol! I don’t know if you are joking or not, but the video did a nice job of showing how easy it really is. My comment was meant for all the others on here watching. Reinforce what Van city is doing. 🤘🏻
