@Sunil Jain most egg salad is made with hard egg yolk. Obviously this was difference hence the video changing my mind. I have made it and loved it. Granted not as much as chicken salad.

here's a twist for those who'd like it: on lightly toasted bread, with very crispy (not burnt) bacon, and I always use a bit of Old Bay Seasoning (or celery salt and paprika/cayenne if no Old Bay in the house), room temp or sharp cheddar that's sat out for an hour or two, optional. (many cheeses are much tastier, more "concentrated" in flavor when left out of fridge for an hour or two, common knowledge in some parts of the world, don't believe me? just try it and see for yourself!!)

I nearly died when I saw someone on RUclips, one day, boiling eggs for 20 minutes. Hard pass!! Those yolks were grey-rimmed and the must surely have smelled like sulphur. 🤢 That is no way to treat an egg!
@suniljain1833 😆I wouldn't quite be in rubbish bin territory (I mean, I have a 22yo son in the house who will eat nearly anything)...but I have a very definite preference for 'hard boiled' eggs that are only just set.
fried egg sandwiches are good also. I would like to know how to make an egg sandwich without the yolks. I have the egg white in a carton. Egg yolks are the worst thing you can eat and I am trying to eat healthy food.
I like to put a smidge of dried tarragon into my egg salad, it pairs very well. Always a big yes to mustard in any savory salad mixes, ie tuna, chicken, potato, macaroni, etc.. 👍❤️
It looks better than it tastes. Try at your own risk. Honestly for me it was not that good and even my family was not that satisfied. It was mehhh. Not at all flavourful like we imagined. And now my family thinks I'm a bad cook when in reality the recipe wasn't even that good to begin with

Those sandwiches always reminds me of my late grandmother. She used to add salad cream instead of mayo. Great memories 👌
