- Your bladder meridian runs along the backside of your legs. If you have tension along the backside of your legs and have a hard time reaching your toes, chances are your bladder meridian is blocked and needs releasing. Try this 10 minute routine to help open your bladder meridian.

WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

Last night I had a dream that a large fingernail was growing out of my head ( pointing to something) and then I was shown a back position body scan which showed up the bladder meridian from the foot to the head it literally was the ‘nail on the head,’ especially that I saw this meridian line was blood red as in bleeding, I am grateful that you are here to show us these exercises which I will practice daily until and after my doctors appointment , May it please God to say so, you have a lovely way in demonstrating these stretches to us, that is very much appreciated, thank you

Thank you. I woke up with pain along my entire bladder meridian from the top of my head into my little toe! This exercise helped to release nearly all the tension greatly. I will be doing this every day & checking out the other exercises online.

The back of my leg, especially knees are very tight. I tried this today, its more tougher than it seems, feel better after the exercise, i am going to continue doing daily. Thank you for sharing
These are great exercises, I know them but now all togehter at once it makes sense why I am blocked and why my lower back hurts. I need to work on this Bladder meridian. It was so painfull for me to do these simple exercises! That is so confronting and logical! Bless you 🙏🏽👍🏽😊

Imagine passing a stone step by step (from kidney to ureter to bladder to out of body) slowly and many times in imagination with complete feelings.Eventually it will pass out.
Do this work if your physically disabled?
I always get nightmares when I do bladder meridian yoga, specifically when I stretch out the backs of my legs. Can someone explain to me why this happens?
Maybe and a big maybe, the bladder meridian is associated with fears. And nightmares have to do with our fears as well. So opening your bladder meridian might be asking you to look at your fears which are expressed through your nightmares.
Madam my wife has an irritable bladder . She has to go for urine thirty times during a night . Can't sleep . This followed after the birth of our son twenty years back .
