    I've was a dancer for almost 20 years. I have isolation down to a T. I've always been able to assimilate belly dance, but this shit is hard and NO JOKE! I Love it. I think I just found my perfect workout.

      Hi Sharon, 30 minutes a day will do you!!! The muscle fatigue will pass with time as you build strength and better control of the movements. The best news is since it's low impact you can do this all your life! Keep me posted on your progress!

    Please change the background music, it is repeating and repeating and repeating in all classes ....

      It is a rhythm track used for class, RUclips will not let you use any music unless you own it or its not copyright protected. I have had many specially mixed so I can upload to RUclips, Facebook & Instagram! It's beats no music and its just for practicing!!!
