Well done nice scenic ride, great climbing effort, We have had continuous rain for the last 3 days and more forecast this week, I think that our reservoirs must be overflowing Enjoy the rest of your week
Ha! Yes, finally remembered it! Found out tonight that only 13mm rain fell in the first reservoirs catchment while at the coast cars were pushed out to sea in the floods. Crazy weather.
Marmie baby! I could have kicked myself allowing it to drop out. I make these vids using a tablet with a screen so smashed (by a cat’s acrobatics) that I can barely see the vid, and now my phone matches! But am I right in thinking you don’t ride anymore? See you for the worlds.
Good show Mr Yako. Another interesting video and I spotted some road repairs at one point to show Spain is not perfect but I see more bad surface in 100m than you in 100km.
Many thanks Mr H. Yes, some rough ish roads this week - they’ll probably get ‘the treatment’ before long though. No cafe stop but proper ending. Hope that’s ok.
sorry Martin I responded but now it seems it has gone… Piping water to dry parts here is hugely controversial as a scheme to pipe Ebro water about to reach the sea down to desert-like Murcia has been just about the hottest of political hot potatoes for decades (and it’s still not resolved). Whether that has affected other schemes I’m not sure about but it wouldn’t surprise me.
Yako that turned into a quest rather than an adventure to find water and how far are you away from London 800 ? miles and water to day has been flowing in people’s homes thanks for the video cheers jim.
It’s highly contentious here Ricardo. People further south think they should get some of the Ebro water but there’s so much extraction upriver not much makes it to the sea.

You too Terry. It’s a mad world at the mo.
Hi Gareth, fingers crossed you'll get more rain. Well done for remembering the chest mount - we got to do the descents.

This drought is a desperately sad situation. Same down here in Andalucía.
It is, Neil. since making this vid the authorities have released the official info that that first reservoir is at 0.8% capacity.
yowza! 58 mph (i always have to do the conversion) is faster than i've gone on a bike! nice descent! so glad you found your phone. ~marmot

@@yakoridesagain That's perfectly fine, I always look forward to the ending .
That is low, another great VLOG. Do they not have pipes that connect wet parts to the the dry part like they do in France?

Well we could def do with some of yours, Jim! Cheers buddy.
Great video, why don't people transport water by pipe, they do it with oil and gas.

Bonkers, innit.
