When i worked at the distribution center managers would leave the stores and become entry level warehouse workers because the pay was higher and we trained them lmao. They got humbled.
Moral of the story not everybody is going to have the same cards dealt to them. Be happy with where you are and what you have, and you'll be blessed with more stay humble.
