Truly inspiring. I feel that she was very real. Often times on tv it'll feel scripted and sort of made up. On this video you can tell her story is real, her mistakes and her decisions all told so gracefully. She has what we all want, inner peace
Kim is one of the nicest people I’ve known. I met her in Chicago at her Cherry Bomb tattoo shop. I’ve went in there not knowing exactly what to get and she came up with an awesome back piece. My whole back an angel walking along a lion with a fall background, the rays of light coming thru the leaves. And she did this in black and gray. It looks like fine art. Still one of my favorites. Her tattoos just flow. She is a natural.
I'm trying for my apprenticeship, so it's awesome seeing her story! I know a lot of women actually struggle getting into the tattoo business, so it's cool learning as much as I can about it

I THINK years ago they different grading system. I remember seeing my moms old report card from high school and I remember it being different from todays grading system

Every tattoo artist that I know started with that young :\ That make me sad because I just starting to draw seriously to become a tattoo artist but I feel old(I'm 18, almost 19)
Dont worry about being too old to do tattoo art. The actual age to actually become a tattoo artist is around 18-30 years old I believe. I've seen older people who work in a tattoo shop in their 60's!

The Expression Studio everyone have a different style, some people can tattoo a variety of styles like traditional and new school but you dont have to. you can just tattoo your own style
