Well done, Japan. Not a single bit of childish scribble on any railway infrastructure. Unlike many other countries where everything, including the trains are completly coved in scribble, a disgrace, but it does show quite well the countries attitude to private and public property.

    Trivia:
14:31 - Nakaminato Station is where the song シュッパツシンコウ・シサカンコ (Shuppatsushinkou Shisakanko) by Hoshino Kanako for beatmaniaIIDX 23 copula was filmed.

A very different ride. A DMU, rather than electric. Zipping along past communities and farm fields. Stations with long platforms that look like they may have been, or still are, used to ship the product of all of those fields. I really enjoyed the video.

I've just checked Katsuta Station on Google Maps and compared it with this video. Did they removed the switches to the main line, and why?

It seems their reasoning is to improve safety by eliminating possible intrusion of trains onto the Joban line from the Minato line. Since they use different signaling infrastructure the Minato line would have needed significant upgrades for direct operations anyways. The line was last used when the kiha 11 was transferred over to the Minato line in 2016.

Zoom it at 4:35 The track has not even been changed and the train is running how come there is a gap in the right side track? It has not even joined the main line. and take a look 16:19

This is very popular solution in tram networks (like in Nottingham tram in UK) or lightrail.
It is "spring loaded" switch to one-directional platform/section of track. Usually cars running through this type of junction slowly.
It always direct cars into proper side of tracks, and no need to change switch everytime. Fully automatic.
This in never use for bi-directional sections or high speed rail.
This at 16:19 is on bigger station (and propably one of platforms is bi-directional) , and this is operated by signalman (automatics)

Are the flooded fields for rice growing?

Basically, fields filled with water are used for rice cultivation.
However, there are many different types of rice, including regular consumption, rice cakes (mochi), and sake, and it seems that regular consumption is cultivated in this region.
