Abba with the inverted B is a registered trademark, they are the first to have done so in the world of the music industry. The first band to have their own digital studio, the first to have their own concert hall "ABBA Arena" for digital concerts "avatars", including.

ABBA - best popmusic in history! Number 1 in the world 1974-82. Most popular in Europe, Australia, Asia and Latinamerica. There is much to discover here, sang in 5 languages. Their hit Chiquitita was number 1 in Spanish in Mexico for 32 weeks for example. So versitale and timeless music with many great hits! Good luck digging! 🎉

Nice to see you for first time with a reaction to ABBA songs
"Gimme gimme gimme (a man after midnight)" (1979)
is a song influenced by American disco,
after the success of the Bee Gees and the movie 'Saturday night fever" from the year before
In this song you can see part of the volume and range of voice that the blonde Agnetha has
ABBA was preparing their 1979 Tour of America and Europe,
in the previous one , They recorded this song and filmed the official video
These is an official video in which all ABBA is seen in the recording studio,
including staff musicians (bass, guitarist and drummer)
and sound engineer Michel Tretow at the controls,
creator of the well-known 'ABBA sound' with his innovative 'wall of sound' multiplication technique
(an adaptation of the works of Phill Spector)
    These is a short versión
in last months ABBA did these new official lyric video of
    "Gimme gimme gimme" full versión
    with an instrumental bridge
The introduction and the instrumental ending,
that characteristic sound of Benny's keyboards,
is what Madonna used for her worlwide hit
"Hung Up" in 2005, 26 years later...
(with the permission of the composers Björn and Benny,
    granting them share the credits)
Surely for the latter, with almost 400 million views,
the original video with the shorts versión is the second official ABBA video
with the most views on RUclips
(behind "Dancing Queen", which has more than 740 million views)
and 600 millon views on Spotify too
and also for this last reason, surely
"Gimme gimme gimme (a man after midnight)"
is much more popular now than in its time
when it was released it was #3 in the UK, it wasn't even released in the US
now also a centerpiece at the new ABBA Voyage concerts in London
Another interesting date is that these is one of songs tgat ABBA recorded in spanish:
"Dame Dame Dame" (1980) and ABBA performed it in an interview to Spanish TV
Thank you again for these video
I hope to see you with more ABBA songs
    One sugestión could be
    "Mamma Mia" (1975/1976)
    another iconic song
    My best regards from
    Buenos Aires , Argentina 🇦🇷
    South America

wikipedia says: In 2005, the song was sampled by Madonna, who used it on her worldwide hit single "Hung Up" from Confessions on a Dance Floor. Madonna is said to have sent a letter to Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus asking to use the song as a sample,[69] since the Swedish songwriting duo are reluctant to let other artists sample their material. It was only the second time that an ABBA track had been officially sampled, the first being the Fugees in 1996 with their hit "Rumble in the Jungle", sampling part of 1977's "The Name of the Game".

Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad (known as Frida) were (and are) recognized as two of the greatest female singers of all time. Benny Anderson (musical composer, arranger & keyboards) and Bjorn Ulvaeus (lyricist, arranger & guitar) were the other two members of ABBA. Frida was married to Benny and Agnetha was married to Bjorn. The men sang too and contributed greatly to back ground harmonies and Bjorn sang lead on a couple of their songs. These people come from Sweden and they’re decent, humble, down to earth and so, so talented! They’ve sold around 400 million albums worldwide and sales are still strong to this day. They are truly the GOAT.

I'm glad you're discovering that ABBA are not "one hit wonders". Next to the Beatles, ABBA are the most successful band in pop music history! There are four of them BTW.

ABBA, much sampled, much mimicked, but there is only one original.
2 married couples whose first name initials formed the bands name (sort of)
Agnetha (blonde), Bjorn (guitar), Benny (piano) Anni-Frid (brunette)
3rd best selling band of all time with endless 70's hits and one or two early 80's tracks until their comeback in 2022, Voyage.

Perhaps the most surprising thing to know is that english is not their native language... or that all that rhythm and quality comes from a small and cold country like... Sweden.
Try 'Take a chance on me' or 'Dancing Queen' (well ... the catalog of ABBA is HUGE and wonderful)
    Greetings ❤️ from Chile 🇨🇱👍
    (another little country 😀)

You will find that their most famous songs have been reacted to many times. There is over 7 hours of ABBA music to react to - all good in my opinion. I think you will find a wider audience if you react to some of their lesser known songs - and also songs by Agnetha and Frida individually.
If you like those on America's Got Talent who got the golden buzzer, a contender would have been Frida singing "En Ledig Dag" at the age of 22 on Sweden's only TV channel at the time. Although in Swedish and black and white it is an outstanding performance and shows how talented she was before ABBA. Thanks for your reaction and welcome to the world of ABBA😊

I liked this reaction. 🙂You really should continue react to some more ABBA. My suggestions: "Summer Night City" (live from Wembley, that´s important, NOT the official video), "The winner takes it all" (the official video), "If it wasn´t for the nights" "Does your mother know" and "Thank you for the music". 🎶🎵

Madonna's career was at an all time low when she approached Benny and Bjorn (writer and musical genius's)to ask permission to use the Intro from Gimme Gimme Gimme (a man after midnight) they said yes after very long discussions and Madonna's career got the kick up the ass that she wanted,

Madonna on her best day couldn't perform this song as well as ABBA. and now you've seen them sing a song other than the great but overplayed DANCING QUEEN that everyone has heard, you can now appreciate what great song writers and performers they really were . They were on top of the musical world for a generation and had an estimated one billion fans I don't know it this is true or not but I'm prepared to believe it , regardless they were as big as the BEATLES and STONES in some countries and bigger than them in others, like the Beatles they were prolific writers and also like the Beatles most of their recorded songs were charted with numerous tracks in the top ten in many countries. Enjoy your inevitable journey down the ABBA rabbit hole your in for an amazing ride .
