I was at this concert. My husband's first time seeing him, my umpteenth time. We made the trip from Manchester, England. We weren't disappointed. Something special happened when he decided he wanted to be a singer songwriter, and the world is 1000 times better because of it.
I see a man who wants to just be with his family. To spend these last years surrounded by love with his little ones and loving wife. Thanks for all the memories, Billy for all the great songs, you're not done you will live on forever in the hearts of your fans. Love to you and your family.
I was there in the Chase Bridge. Loved every second of the show!. I've been to NYC 6 times since 1983 and this is the first time I had the chance to go to MSG for anything. I'm sure I ruined any chance of enjoying anything else there so I might as well never go back ;-). My 3rd time seeing Billy (other 2 times were 1994 and 2016 in Memphis). Even got to meet him on Beale Street playing at Alfred's on Beale. Maybe 30 people in the whole place. He was so true to life that night LOL. What a man, what a performer.
saw him last year in hyde-park in london. my girlfriend and i had tears in our eyes. we will never forget this concert. thank you for the music, billy.
I lost the oportunity to see him in MSG, on november 23th, 2022... So thank you very much for recorded it. I love Billy Joel since I was a little girl! Now he deserves family time with wife and precious daughters. Defintly he is a Living Legend!
Yes, thank you Billy! I'm 70, lots of memories made with you. And your daughter, a star in the making?! So cute. At our age these memories are bittersweet but I know we'll be "seeing you"❤️
Thank you for filming the King of Madison Square Garden, New York. The Best Entertainer at the Best Venue in History. I am proud to live amongst and near this man. Greatest of all time in our hometown Venue. A real Gem of a person, entertainer, philanthropist. Also, remember his classic NY farewell is “don’t take any shit from anyone”too which he left out here. Billy the comeback kid will return.
Billy Joel: vocals, piano, harmonica and guitar Mark Rivera: saxophones, flute, percussion, and background vocals Crystal Taliefero: percussion, saxophone and background vocals David Rosenthal: keyboards, piano and organ and background vocals Tommy Byrnes: guitars and background vocals Andy Cichon: bass guitar and background vocals Mike Delguidice: guitars and background vocals Chuck Burgi: drums, percussion Carl Fischer: trumpet, flugelhorn trombone, saxophones Special guests: Axl Rose and Jimmy Fallon
Unfortunately, a great concert was ruined by really bad editing and constant ads. Almost unwatchable. But the Billy concert part between the annoying ads was awesome.
Does Billy have the gumption to do one more album with current band, COLUMBIA records would back him up all the way I’m certain that he has a back catalog of unreleased songs from throughout his career going back many years!!!!
Not to be negative but factual, The fact that he showed up on stage on time when he was introduced to the stage was priceless because he never did and kept his fans waiting hours and it was a poor choice in guest appearance because he has no voice left to the man of the hour that is sad, and his voice performances are horrible but these days, he absolutely sounds horrible these days from all the drugs he’s done. If this is a comeback voice it’s pretty lame to a king who still can perform and entertain with such history.
The van is playing way off timing The time is horrible and not playing the right keys isn't making it worse He's either burnt out or the band burn out It's one of those two it's time to retire.

So sad to see all the phones.
I know this was recorded on one but I’d rather see an official release and have the audience just live the moment.
One of a special kind . The Classic Original , a genuine American ambassador to the world . . 'with no pretense'

First
I'm dizzy and nauseous after only 1 song.
The van is playing way off timing The time is horrible and not playing the right keys isn't making it worse He's either burnt out or the band burn out It's one of those two it's time to retire.
agreed terrible show
Playing in tens of thousands of concerts will wear u off
they finally kicked him off the stage....dude should have stopped many years ago...he never was much of a singer and this is just embarrassing
