I remember buying the self-titled Toto album as a young, black man back in the late seventies and my buddies (used to hearing me spin R&B and jazz) asking me what I was doing with this album. I reminded them that this was the band that played "Georgy Porgy" that was on our local urban stations airplay list, but they didn't know what the band looked like or that they were some of the best studio musicians around (backing up so many folks on Columbia records). Played the whole album and they had to admit how talented they were. Hold the Line, Rossana, Africa, and so many other hits by this group. And Steve Lukather is an awesome guitarists who has played on solo albums and so many other musician's albums over the decades. Good stuff.
Lukather is a legend, as a white man their Tambu album is among my favorites with The Seventh One, Isolation, and Kindom of Desire. But I was born in the mid-seventies, what did you think of the Tambu album?

Toto is one of my favorite bands in the planet and Steve Lukather for me as a guitar player is an international treasury. Great Video, thank you for sharing. It would be great to see a reunion of Toto members : David Paich, Steve Pocaro, Lee and Simon Philips. For me the best version of Hold the line is with 2014 line up for the bands 35th anniversary live in Poland. Amy keys on the back vocals she just killed it and her voice perfectly in pitch with Joseph’s.
Absolutely would love to see a reunion tour with Luke, Dave, Simon, Steve P & Joe. Even if only for a year, they are always busy after all. They should do some jamming from a living room and record that onto video. I'm not so sure about Dave's condition... but maybe Simon & Steve P could join the band once more in the future for fun.
Dave has made some guest appearances with the band. I could see Si Phi coming back but not Steve P as he said he's pretty much done touring and fell out with Luke for a while

Beautiful vocals all around from the front to the back. This is real talent. When you can truly sing live

Amazing that this band has band has continued this many years. Force of will.
These legends have still got it in spades. Awesome. Thank you for posting.
My favourite Band.. " TOTO" The Legend❤❤❤
Maravillosos! Amo esta banda y Steve, único!
Yeah ,can stop Loving you! This was my favorite song . Me and my husband always danced to this song by "Steuberfete".
Joe’s coverage of Paich’s vocals is awesome. Love me some Toto!
He now has the lower range to do Paich's vocals
Completely agree.
I agree, also has great stage presence! Toto is awesome!
Nice song idol. Thank you for sharing this vedio.
Tito is definitely one of my all-time favorite! Love listening to them in the 80s and still love it today.

Thoroughly enjoyed this whole clip. What an impressive orchestra. Glad LUKE and Joe are keeping the music alive!
Great, Man!!! You are a real Music Machine!!! That's why You are a part of one of the greatest Art Rock bands - TOTO!!!🎼🎹🎤🎧
amazing. the elderly gents still rock! Great show! Toto is so cool
I like them so much more as I’ve gotten older. They’re a different kind of rock band. Lots of blues and soul twisted in there. Great stuff
Great concert, revives my faith in live shows.
This is truly amazing! Love that they involved the local talent! Well done guys!
Stop Loving You and Pamela are two of my all-time favorite Toto tracks. Joseph Williams is the best. Music is strong in this one! Love it!
This band is sensational. 07/01/2024

So thankful that I have a brother who's a massive fan. I recently rediscovered Toto in my 40s and appreciate how amazing this band is. Keeping my fingers crossed that they'll come back to the Philippines even for just a 1-night gig.
Thanks for posting this. Great tunes! I've been a fan of Toto since their very first album. They belong in the HOF of greatest bands. Not the most consistent lineup, but that's impossible to do for over 40 years. Lukather and Williams are still great together. I miss DP's piano and vocals.

They all need inducting regardless of the being/no longer in the band or no longer with us.
Paich is medically retired. Look for him to appear once in awhile (most likely Calif. shows).

Nothing better than a TOTO concert, live or on utube! Have been lucky to be at a TOTO concert. Luke is my all time love!
