I follow all the steps but , In my Catalog Item Iphone 14 , there is no default approvals are showing, also when i click on requested item there is no catalog task is showing

Also I followed your video and for me there were no default approval but only the approver from the Hardware team which was designed by us. which table should I put in the flow designer if I want something like that for. 3. Also, when doing this in the real world do the approver get a notification for this or how does it works when we assign someone as a approver for a item. If you could show us that as well. Hey!! 1. I did not understand this, what exactly you want to see? 2. You know approval works based on the business requirements, so if an user submits a request, it can go to their line manager first for an approval and then it can also go to another team for 2nd level of approval, so it depends how you want to be configured. 3. Yes so in real world approver do get email notification mentioning the same and from email they also receive the link to approve directly. let me know for any further doubt 😀😀!!

I select sc_request to approve the request made in the Service Catalog. Where I selected anyone approves and assign Abraham Lincoln as the approver but when I impersonated as him I could not see any request to approve it. In real production instance, when I do that will the user who is the approver be able to see request which he has to approve or am I doing something wrong. Thank you in advance. Okay, so the approval is generating in the RITM itself? Like is it going to Abraham Lincoln (from the flow). You can impersonate as Abraham Lincoln and open Service Portal to see, there the approver request should be visible, in PROD they also get an email in their outlook.

but this flow will work fo every catalog item I think first u need to specify the catalog item like get variable or if requested item == iphone14
