Thanks for explaining about the flow. Could you please post a video for this scenario " Using flow designer i would like to add the requested for user to Azure AD's group." I have tried going through the articles and community forums but none worked. Reason: If a user wants to get a license which is managed by Azure AD groups i want to automate this so that when a user submits a catalog for certain license" ex autocad" the catalog's requested for user should automatically added to Azure AD's AutoCAD license group.

You can use flow or workflow as per your requirements

@ Ravi, I tried same flow in my PDI. Approvals are triggering. But it is showing as No Longer Required. Could you please check the attachment and suggest me where did i do mistake. Thank you so much in advance.

I'm trying to follow your tutorial, how do you import the Indian Comic Center into maintain item.Cause i don't have in my instance to follow your tutorial
Import set and transform will help you
@@learnservicenowwithravi but the Indian Comic Center doesn't come with OOTB from ServiceNow.

A global application provides no boundaries compared to scoped application. It can be used to create legacy application or to merge multiple global update sets in one application.
Scoped application provides strong application boundaries and run-time isolation
