Well to be honest nothing worked for me i tried updating my ios through itunes and it didn't work fortunately my ipad was in warranty so the service center gave me a new ipad they said it was a fault in the hardware ill recommend you to do the same
I have an IPad 11 Pro and it won’t enter recovery more for anything, a computer,, iTunes or any other program does not recognize it but it still charges and turn on by computer… It’s just stuck on the apple logo doing nothing.
I´m not supprised that there is no support to call on your webpage. The software that u tell people to download is ruin the ipad. I would so very much would have had the option of talking to someone at Ultfone so i could speak my mind about what i think about the software.

Clicked on deep repair and after it downloaded a 5gb software it then notified me that I can't upgrade until I pay for the software, what a f*****g SCAM
