Try this method first before you waste your time calling Apple or bringing your iPad into an Apple store or another mobile repair shop. If your iPad (Air, Mini, Pro (must have physical home button) any generation, etc) is experiencing a black screen issue, stuck on the Apple Logo, boot loop or won't restart try this simple method. Make sure you watch the video all the way though i give you several ways to get your iPad up and running.

I ordered the yellow one thinking it was going to be a bright vibrant color. Instead I looks like more of a Gold color. I personally prefer the gold look. Definitely not disappointed but just a heads up to the ones expecting a brighter cream of yellow.

when i turn it on its a slightly brighter black screen and it wont show anything but i can hear my alarm every morning but i just cant see anything

Also, rest your iPad, don't use it for a few weeks or days... in a cool dry area... then try it thank me later, at least... that's what happened to mines

I tried like everything tutorial they always say to just try pressing the home/power/volume button but none works. When I do it, it turns on the apple logo, BUT it then flashes off one second after it shows the logo.

Allie Mcquillan Happened to me too, Try using ITunes from pc to iPhone , make sure the cable is good and make sure the iTunes app is updated to the latest version , if not then it will show a error 9 code

okay so it keeps looping the apple logo on and off and eventually after plugging it in and holding the on and home button it popped up with iTunes and the cord plug in prompt. I do not have an apple computer, is there a way to get around this?

I tried this because my iPad is stuck on a black screen but it is on, and when I do this apple logo appears but within 2 seconds, it goes back to the black screen. (I have an IPad mini 4)
Update on my ipad... I took it to verizon where I bought it and they said there isn't anything to do about it slickly o have apple care and so I got it replaced for free.

Edit: I FIXED IT! You have to connect it to a pc, go to iTunes, then reset it to its last save
