Allie Mcquillan Happened to me too, Try using ITunes from pc to iPhone , make sure the cable is good and make sure the iTunes app is updated to the latest version , if not then it will show a error 9 code

I ordered the yellow one thinking it was going to be a bright vibrant color. Instead I looks like more of a Gold color. I personally prefer the gold look. Definitely not disappointed but just a heads up to the ones expecting a brighter cream of yellow.
