I have been feeling jaw tension the past few weeks and couldn’t find my old lesson I used to do. Found your lesson on RUclips and I’m hooked. I love your teaching. I’ll be finding more of your lessons and am following you now. This one lesson leaves me feeling relaxed in my jaw, face and entire body. I love Feldenkrais so much.

I always notice that doing micro movements with my law or even neck my breathing becomes shallow and I feel exhausted doing it. After this lesson what was the biggest change was my breathing became normal when doing those micro left to right movements. Wow, powerful!
