    Just back from an in clinic psych clinic.
    On meds now too 😥.
    I’m just learning now about the connection to jaw and anxiety. I will follow you and pray this helps. 🙏

    Will doing it a few times get my body used to it so my jaw/mouth remain relaxed forever or will i have to do this periodically to keep the relaxation?

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  Год назад +2

      That's a great question, Paul! I think doing it a few times is a good idea, and then revisiting the lesson when you feel like you could particularly use it. But it's also important to introduce novelty and not repeat just one lesson every day, but use a variety of lessons. if you visit the website... www.feldenkraisaccess.com you will see a lot of free content in the Lesson Library. Try them all! Or purchase the whole series www.feldenkraisaccess.com/mouth-jaw to get the most benefit for your Mouth & Jaw if you have persistent issues.

    Hi, thanks for the guided lessons they’ve been really enjoyable.
    I have a question, is it possible to fix myopia using feldenkrais?
    I’ve been increasing the awareness of how I look at the world with my eyes, basically using triangulation, being aware of my peripheral vision and comparing depth difference between what I’m looking at and objects in front and behind.
    I’ve been having more and more frequent clear flashes where my vision is dramatically improved for brief periods.
    I feel optimistic but then I see that you wear glasses and you’ve been a feldenkrais practitioner for many decades.
    So is it more difficult than tut seems to restore vision?
    Thanks.

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  Год назад +2

      Repeat it as often as you like! There is no limit to the benefits as long as it feels interesting and your curiosity is stimulated. And try all of the lessons on this RUclips page! Some may be very helpful for you even if they are not specifically indicated as addressing Mouth and Jaw comfort.

      It is definitely a possibility! Often, Tinnitus can be addressed by moving into a more parasympathetic state, which is the result of Awareness Through Movement Lessons generally.
