I made this one today and it was sooo good! I used the same vegetables as yours but subbed mushrooms for the cauliflower as I didn't have it. I also added whole toasted cashew nuts towards the end of the cooking time so there would be little crunchy bites in the curry as well. Thanks for this excellent recipe ☺️.

My mouth is watering watching this. I LOVE korma. It's probably my favorite food. But I keep almost none of these ingredients on hand. I already bought the spices thinking I'd make it, and it would still cost me $10+ more to buy the missing ingredients from Walmart than to order in a restaurant, granted I'd get more of it making it myself. I think I'll just keep supporting my local Indian restaurants...
But all those spices worth $10+ won’t be required for a single recipe. Probably you will be making kormas for several days from those spices and nothing like homemade food but I appreciate your idea of supporting your local restaurants.

It would be great if you could categorise the ingredients for the paste to be blended, paste mixture and while frying the vegetables. I had difficulty in getting the correct amount as they are lumped all together in the ingredient box. My two cents on this. Thanks

Hello! I have made this recipe a few times and really like it. However, it is a little too spicy for little kids. Especially, what is the spice that causes the aftertaste on the palate? How can I adjust the spices for the little ones? Thanks
I am glad you tried this recipe. You can skip chilli powder and use paprika instead. Hope you remove the whole spices before serving. You can also use less of dried fenugreek leaves as some brands sell fenugreek leaves which can be really bitter. Hope this helps.

You can make zucchini pakoras. Just slice them, dip in gram flour ( besan) batter and deep fry them . I also have a zucchini brown lentil recipe on my channel. You can even add zucchini in this recipe.

This recipe serves 4 to 5. If you serve with other side dishes then this proportion is good enough but if you are serving only this curry with rice then its better you increase the proportions a little bit more
