The salad looks so summery, I have been wanting to make one. I like the idea of adding bacon and less eggs. Since I am not a fan of raw onions I think I will try cooking them with the potatoes. What a great way to chop parsleyThank you The celery tip is great too Potato salad is my favorite comfort food My family is Polish and we like to add hard boiled eggs I also love hot potato salads I make hot vegetable slaws steamed like spinach, celery, tomatoes 🍅 whatever on hand It is so versatile Crisp apples can sometimes be nice too believe it or not Love your site 😋
Best potato salad used baked potatoes not overly dry but not soggy like boiled. Try it next time it’s the bomb. Actually a resturant did it and it was very much the place to eat.
