  • The Nissan Laurel C35 is a front engine, rear-wheel-drive (RWD) car that was for sale from 1997 to 2002. It was available in a sedan body style, all models of the C35 were fitted with an inline six-cylinder engine. Under the hood, you'll find a range of RB-series engines, the RB25DET is the most powerful engine for this car. When it comes to drifting, this car's set up to slide around corners. It's got rear-wheel drive and a good balance, which makes it perfect for controlled drifting. #c35laurel #Drift #Drifting #nissanlaurel

Oh, I had one of those, built it myself.
ended up with a full d-max body kit.
    rb25det, fat gearbox
loved it, but unfortunately the wet climate rotted the body.

I have one in finland and i garage it in the winters. For these cars underbody sealant is a must, they rust really easily!

@@Modi_ the car was treated with an anti-corrosion compound, but this still did not save the thresholds. then it smoothly moved on to the subframe mounts. all sorts of holes in the side of the cabin from under the front fender liner were digested 2 times. the seams of the rear interior pillars were also overcooked
The sea air did its job...

I'd say the suspension setup is a bit better than the jzx100, they made similar improvements to the 110 but it was heavier

Gonna slam it and manual swap it in the future.

How does the car feel bro. I really want to manual swap mine and maybe slap on a turbo or swap in a rb25det.

@elijahtheprophet963 They handled all the paperwork for me. It's cleared customs, and I have all the necessary documents.
I'm in Cali, so it's going to be tricky getting it registered.
I'm going to get it checked out by a state referre and see what they say. If it's a job I can do, I'll do it and see if it's smog legal.
Or I'll see if I can get it registered in a no smog zone in California.
The last option is to take it to a shop down in LA to make smog legal.
I'm not sure what it's like for you, but as long as you have all the documents, you should be fine. If it's modified, maybe you'll run into a problem, hopefully not.

Eh, you can find an rb20 auto for 4000€ in japan and for another 4000€ you can get a fat gearbox and a 1jx/rb25det engine. I have one with a 25det and r33 box. Really solid platform, exactly the same suspension and floor panel as 4 door r34 skylines.
S14/s15 suspension components are bolt on so easy to get spares too, only problem is body panels and lights but those are cheap from japan too.
