I’ve had my ring for 6 months. It has made me so much more motivated and in tune with my body. I have made so many changes to my daily routine based on the feedback my ring has given me. I think it could be more accurate with steps. I have an Apple Watch too but I would choose the oura ring over it for sure, the sleep tracking is the best for me. But Apple Watch is better for fitness and day to day features. I’m always wearing my ring, but I only use my watch when I’m working or working out.

I stopped wearing my apple watch because I felt like I could never unplug from my phone. But I really like the idea of having the tracking of important data without a whole watch.
I have got the size ring kit from Best Buy. Still trying to decide if I want one. The main thing I am hesitant about is the monthly fee. The $5.99 doesn’t brother me monthly. But seams to me they can raise the fee anytime they feel like it. I compare it to the streaming services who arbitrarily raise their fees all the time. $5.99 ok. But not 7.99, 8.99 or who knows what the fee could be. Kind of have you over the barrel.
Damn I really wanted this for the cycling tracking too but this is the first video I come across saying it’s a fee on top of the subscription fee 😩😩😩😩😩😩
I just got the sizing kit and I feel really uncertain about how it should fit... Like it should be easy to put on/off, right? And it's okay to be able to rotate it around my finger comfortably? As long as it's not like spinning loose on its own?
Mine rotates around my finger and is easy to take on and off. I didn’t want it to be too tight or it wouldn’t be comfortable to wear while I sleep 💁🏻♀️
I love mine heritage gold 3 .. price is expensive but when health is priority, this is worth it.. if people can't afford it but can buy Starbucks coffee daily .. nahh. Health is wealth is the top priority. I would rather invest this than expensive purse, expensive make up.... Having this ring its like u have ur competitor you and yourself how to be healthy overall. You want a good readiness score ,so meaning u will sleep early .. and etc.
The only thing holding me back from the ring is my walking pad. I’m assuming it doesn’t pick up your steps when using a walking pad while working at a desk? I currently move my Apple Watch to my ankle to track that movement.

You guys don’t need a ring size kit if you have a Best Buy near you they usually have sizing rings on a display where they have the Oura on display
But is the sizing rings they have for gen 3 or 4. The at home sizing kit for 3 is black and the at home sizing for 4 is white. But Best Buy is black.
You're supposed to wear it for at least 24 hours before deciding on the size

Ive been using the natural cycles app and i use a basal thermometer that costs only $15, in case youre interested and dont want to pay for oura ring.

Tried the Horizon and found it bulky, switched to the Heritage and barely feel anything.

You just have to try their sizing kit i buyed it too big and also was able to exchange it for a smaller one
