There was no perdect fit for me. I found the index finger was really uncomfortable, because I'd hit it off everything - even holding cups was uncomfortable. I was sure it'd get bashed up pretty fast. I went with the looser of the two on my ring finger. At it's loosest it is very very close to being she to freely rotate, but still won't. I can shake my hand and it won't move. When I make a fist, I can see the smallest of gaps at some point. Despite being loose(ish), I have not had any gaps in my data - much better than them oura 3.
