I loved the women and men that were included in this show, they not only reflected amazing skills and flavors but they showcased their livelihood every day cooking for the people that they love, y para mi Mexico solo las mujeres mas fuertes y luchonas pueden aser estados como Oaxaca unico, el documental pudo incluir mas platillos y se quedo en corto pero me dio mucho orgullo. 🇲🇽
I just hope to God that this amazing people (& many others) survive the pandemic 🙏🙏

ASIAN..AFRICAN..NATIVE SOUTHAMERICAN RECIPES.. ALL IN ONE MEAL. Or Thousand of meals.. THANKS GOD.. I'm hungry now.. I love this series! PLEASE tell me there will be a second series. There are so many more stories to be told about the food vendors in Latin America, their culture and incredible food.
As a foodie and a lover of all things cultural and traditional, this is fantastic. Would be amazing if they did one each season around the world.

The Peruvian place shown is Al Toke Pez, amazing food, very cheap too. They must be struggling with corona, tho, as the place is very small and everyone just to eat crammed in a bar around the kitchen.
edit: of course they took a hit from corona, but they are managing to keep the business afloat.

Pretty stoked about it. Ever since I finished the first season like a year and half ago, was craving a second season. Kinda sad that my home country of Panama is not included, but the cuisine of these countries is so rich I cant complain.

Potato omelette (tortilla de patatas) is European (Spanish), same as churros, horchata, empanadillas, buñuelos, arroz con leche, flan, etc.

hmm is almost as if... they conquered what is now known as latin america and then imposed their culinary traditions (and everything else) on the population here and then said cultures brought in their own takes on it.
