Super useful. Traveling in Spain and had no idea what the delayed start thing was about. Thought that meant fast wash or something. Good thing I didn’t delay start!
Such a big help this video as I’ve just found out I’ve been using the pre wash compartment for my softener!.Wondered why my towels were still rough, problem solved.Thankyou.
Same here but i was putting the softener in the prewash compartment and the main wash in the softener compartment 🤣 after my 4th wash i just realized... But my question is: so where is the softener going? Because its not remaining in the prewash compartment...

Can you put vanish powder along with laundry liquid in the left compartment with the plastic part up? Some machines have this plastic part that flips up in the detergent drawer so that you can put powder there. It stays down for liquid. Since vanish powder and laundry liquid require different positions which one do we use?
Thanks Man, I won't forget you, you are the only one from all that time ago who has stuck with me, appreciate it. Hope your channel grows fast. If you ever need help or want feedback or advice just email me. Have a marvellous weekend.
Thanks, having mislaid my instructions, this is exactly the information I needed. I usually use pods, but now have a box of detergent to use up. I also have a box with some of those Ariel tablets that are wrapped in packs of two. I don't think they are still made, but should it also be OK to put these in compartment 2?
Further research seems to indicate tablets should be put in the same drawer compartment as used for detergent. I also found no evidence that any are now made - other than Calgon tablets, which are not used to wash clothes - so there could be a case for putting my Ariel tablets in a museum!
Hi, Your videos are very useful. Thank you so much. I have a new Bosch WAK24265IL. I would like to know how much Persil Gel is needed for about 3 kilo of laundry. Thank you in advance.
How do you clean the water dispenser holes? I clean the soap drawer easily, but look up at the holes and all you can see is black sludge! So far tried scrubbing and poking each hole with plastic tie!
I changed my soap brand thinking somethings wrong with it (not foaming, cleaning). I put my liquid detergent in softner, after watching beko's confusing instruction video! I always got foam in the rinse cycle!!
I have a new Beko washing machine and the fabric softener never drains into the machine during the rinse part of the cycle. It's in the right compartment and I usually just pour water from a jug into the compartment at the appropriate part of the cycle but there must be an easier way! Anyone know what's going on? The machine I have is very much an entry level, landlord special model.
hi, my detergent light keeps flashing. I've tried reseting by holding the start button down but nothing happens. I've also turned off at the mains. It started when I replaced the rubber seal 😞
Omg i was using the prewash for liquid detegents and was wondering why my clothes didnt smell clean lol but when i put the liquid one it just goes straight away
Hopefully your clothes will come out cleaner now! Detergent does disappear quickly which is why you shouldn’t use the drawer if you do a delayed start as it can stain your clothes.
We put stain remover in there with the main detergent, or you put the stain remover in the compartment and put a POD in the main drum (or put the detergent directly in the drum).
Hi A small rectangular piece of the soap dispenser from underneath somewhere just fell on the floor... Do I have any hope of finding out where it came from, or getting it back in position? What could it be for? Beko Basic Thanks!
I was putting my liquid detergent in the fabric softner section all this while, and wondering always why I never saw any foam in the wash cycle. Their own video is very confusing.
There is that one moment in every man live, when wife give you simple task: clean washing machine with liquid i bought before. And you Reading instruction and asking yourself: "which one hole... There is three holes... I'm. Not Young already... I can do it in only one... Which one..." and there is answer^^

Very useful vid . Beko needs to make their products user friendly at a quick glance. I have a washer and dryer set (one month old) but they will probably not be on my short list , when evaluating for another appliance , when needed. If i have to stop , get phone , and find your vid to solve my dilemma(no offense to you) : that’s way TOO MUCH TIME spent for solving for a simplistic problem. Thanks!
BIG ISSUE with detergent draws..Liquids will start to run out from the detergent draw as soon as you pour it in, rendering the defered departure time problematic.. if like me you only use liquid detergents, the compartment must retain the liquid until its needed , ie, when the wash starts..but this type of machine won't allow this. ALSO the compartment for pre wash, again it just lets a liquid run straight through. So a simple dirty wash or pre wash program cant be done in defered start as the liquid will enter the machine directly and possibly stain the clothes by remaning on some items for hours before the water is added !! or instant start as the "liquid" soap will run straight out of both compartments as soon as you pour it in..so you wont get a second wash, the prelavage will use up both soaps.. So whats the deal here ?? First it's either an intentional move on manufacturers in general (linked with powder manufacturers) to force YOU to BUY their powder products !! or it's done for another reason to move YOU away from liquid soaps.. bearing in mind, you can wash clothes with much cheaper liquid detergents, and some even work better... 2nd, by forcing you to use a powder they have a better control over the life of the machine.!! and thats not to your benefit.. you can't control the acidity or alcalinity of the product, they are almost all the same. Using liquids gives YOU the choice of product, and its acidity. and a far better choice of products not all owned by the big manufacturers of powder..like p&g just to quote one. 3rd, we had machines that worked just fine up to now, so what's diffrent ? Thats easy just look inside the detergent draw...does it have one or two BLUE siphons ? Thats the little bathtub looking device that fits INSIDE the draw.. Your machine will have one in the SOFTENER draw.. A siphon allows you to fill the BLUE compartment up to the designated level..don't over fill or it will start the siphon straight away and empty the compartment..! When the machine wants the choice of detergent in that particular compartment it will send a jet of water in to flush out the detergent, powder when chosen will only get flushed into the wash when this happens. A machine with a blue siphon device will start to fill and start the siphon when it reaches a certain level, delivering the liquid.. A siphon cant be used for powder as it will clog up. so for a powder wash it can be temporarly removed.. So WHY don't the current new machines have a removable liquid insert to let you choose? The only answer has to be THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE THE CHOICE ANYMORE. There can't be any other reason, it's not the cost of the blue insert, and it's not to protect the machine for a longer life either. No it's because the manufacture of powders is cheaper, and the profits higher when manufacturing and transporting the powders. They can make more money at your expence, by forcing you to buy powder if you want to use the machine to it's fullest potential, deferred depart and pre wash cycles. How can you get around this ? Well never disguard the old BLUE siphon, keep them for your next machine, or only buy a new machine if it allready has one for the detergent draw. Ideally, even the pre wash draw should have one. You can of course make one if you have a 3D printer, with a removable siphon stack for cleaning or use any one that fits inside the compartment draw..or use one from an older machine that fits, dont worry if its a loose fit, it will still work. But dont force one in if it's too tight. They will of course sell dearer machines costing thousands that have all the bells and whistles and be able to use any liquid or powder soap properly in more than just one wash cycle, far quicker and more thouroghly by a pre wash for dirty, followed by a wash & rince, second wash, second rince, conditionner and final rince... spin and blow dry... but thats for you to choose.. If you only want the basic machine and lower cost, just add a siphon to the wash and prewash draws. Then you can continue using what ever type of washing liquid soap or powder YOU WANT.
No detergent doesn’t run down if you pit it in the right compartment. It does only for the prewash but for prewash you should use powdered stain removals so it actually perfect if you use it properly
Yeah, I think liquid is meant to be poured into a container (it's called "Beko Liquid Detergent Dispenser"), then the container is slotted into number 2 to prevent it from draining off immediately into the machine. I can't remember if the washing machine came with one unfortunately.

How Many Times Does A Washer Rinse?
Only once normally near the end, but every washing programme is different so it depends.
Well my drawer truly stuck so will have to get some one out
Oh dear. I’ve got a Bosch video on how to get it out of it’s stuck, it may help you if it’s similar.
Bosch Washing Machine Dispenser Drawer Stuck & How to remove Bosch Washing Machine Dispenser Drawer

Thanks!
The Zanussi models have it written on the drawers so it's way easier. Glad I could help anyway. 😎
Wife’s tooth brush 😂
Yep very useful 👍
Thought you would’ve cleaned it
That’s another How To video!
where do i put the bleach?

Where do I put Calgon
Yeah, I think liquid is meant to be poured into a container (it's called "Beko Liquid Detergent Dispenser"), then the container is slotted into number 2 to prevent it from draining off immediately into the machine. I can't remember if the washing machine came with one unfortunately.
This is the most brittish thing I've seen
Probably coz of the tea? 😎
