Id try DB, OLB, WR and RB, go wherever you have the best opportunity where they need someone! Just get experience and then you can move to different positions. But go where there is not alot of people

Eat!! Make sure you’re doing high reps at moderate weight to increase size!! I have custom meal plans and workout plans for people trying to gain size if you’re interested!

Focus on building your strength back with rehab first before everything else. Then build a general strength base (reps of 10-12), then slowly transition to heavier weight less reps. Make sure to run at full speed at least twice a week (once the knee is healed!) I have custom plans fir different goals if you’re interested in one shoot me a message on IG

I’m a middle line backer they way I gained weight fast and turned it into muscle was eating a lot of chicken and rice and then just weightlifting
You need to eat a lot and most importantly eat a shit ton of protein and then lift heavy shit. You will gain muscle without fail.

For me as a college athlete at the time it was .6-.8g of protein per pound I weighed and a calorie surplus of 300-500 calories
I don’t have access to the gym is ok if I do all of but swap the bench with pull ups or weighted dips

5x5 is literally how u get bigger and stronger. If u do 10 Repz it’s gonna be more like skinnier ripped muscle
You get bigger with hypertrophy (higher reps moderate/heavy weight)…. You get stronger with less reps heavier weight

Less time lifting heavy weights slow and more time sprinting at full speed. And move weight FASTER!
