I loved this video so much stela! I'm not someone who suffers from any chronic pain but there were soo many helpful tips for anyone going thru anything that may come up! There are so many aids that I didn't know about and can def help spread more knowledge through this video! loved the fidget toys, Zara has so many hehe they use them at school as well for the kids and they really do help in a variety of ways! You def spent a lot of time compiling this video and including absolutely everything! thank you so much; just listening to you and watching you is an added bonus from instagram hehe.
