    Thanks for the point. I have always thought about the link between Neck pain and Oxygen. And in fact, I believe deep breathing helps any muscular pain in general and not just neck or shoulders.

    Hey, thanks for making such accessible videos! I have EDS and convergence insufficiency (that Bill Hartman totally identified from my upper back tension patterns because he's a madman lol) and this video is so helpful! I'm an ex massage therapist and I couldn't quite follow Bill's videos because of my lack of kinesiology training. I'm better with my corrective exercises when I understand what's going on. Thank you thank you!

    Zac can you help me understand prisms? My therapist doesn't want to look at sensory just yet but I went and got prisms on my own. I was given 3 to the left and 1 down. Testing shows I converge through. I mentioned to my therapist how when I'm outside I can feel my body release and my arms start swinging on their own. I asked if we could try prisms the opposite of converge but he kept saying it's not going to make a difference. I didn't want to argue with him so I let it go but do you know which way prisms should be to help open everything up? I am a right torsion, and maybe the optometrist gave me prisms to open my left field of vision but to help remove tension I might need to open the space up like I'm outside. You can buy them real cheap online. I even went back to the eye DR and asked to try them but they didn't understand, they said I don't need them.

    Maybe note that as a woman not to put the bra on the tightest pin but the most lose so the chest can exand sideways. Because with pain its common to tighten the girls in but theb the chest cant open good. Im just happy we dont wear corsets. Although that would stop my abdominal breathing and straighten my back 😂 i hyperventilate just thinking about it. When you are accidentally burried you die because you cant push out to breathe in. So by being crushed rather than just suffication. Even if your head is above the sand you choke from being crushed. Like in a big croud that panicks and starts like a stampede crushing through a small exit. Anyway. Bra on the losest bucle. 😂

    • @BigPob
      @BigPob Год назад

      Cause all we want is an explanation not a 12 minute video that has 1 minute of real content, its clear you're just trying to hit the minimum amount of time to get monetized

    • @ZacCupplesPT
      @ZacCupplesPT  Год назад +3

      @@BigPob Interesting and I appreciate the feedback. I really try to explain why I give exercises because it outlines the thought process behind what I do with patients and clients, as opposed to just saying "do this exercise." Why would you believe me?
      There is no monitization minimum for RUclips, hence why they now monitize shorts. Mid rolls (which is a bit extra) start at 8 minutes to my knowledge. You'll actually see quite a few of my most recent videos are under that timeframe. If you look at my older content, this is actually quite a bit less time. My older videos were 20-60 minutes long, which has much more monitization potential.
      So with that in mind and that information, I don't really see how I would be producing content just to get monitized. I basically have a full time job outside of this, so definitely couldn't be living off of adsense ;)
