This is not how FFJ is made. Improper dilution rate, as well as FFJ is used for enhanced ripening, not a fertilizer on vegetative plants. As well as FFJ isn't used solo. Using KNF properly will blow your mind if you think this is good.
It depends. If the bananas are green, most of the potassium is on the peels. If the bananas are like those on the video, the percentage of potassium on the fruit will be the double of the one on the peels. There is a very good video on RUclips about this issue.
Why don't you put fruit into a blender. It is faster. Spraying sweet liquid will attract so much ants on to your garden. My older sister try this method onto her pomelo tree , it kill it.

Banana peel should be included, it contain more fertilizer than banana itself.
