Sir plz ek bat puchni thi mere sasur ne ek wasihat registered ki thi. Dono bahu ke nam par meri dewar dewarani jamin par pura kabja kiya h vo pura chahte h is liy dewarani wasihat se nhi chadhwana chah rhi. Likh kr dedi h to kya mera nam bhi nhi chadhega. Wasihat bekar ho jaugi plzz help
Naman ji the first 2 steps are ok, but if I have the Xerox of the lost original document then I can straight away get the certified copy of the original from the record room of Sub registrar office, where I don't need to make any application before the sub registrar for the lost documents.

i work in a private engineering college founded by a politician and run by family trust. (engg, medical, dental, nursing college, plus international school all run by trust)
since covid 19 we r facing many issues.
1. salary delayed
2. no increments, promotion as scheduled (some get favoured)
3. fees were increased but no salary increase in that proportion
4. when voice was raised some of the people get transferred out of mumbai campus.
5. no qualified HR.
6. rules are bended as per admin mind (sone get favoured)
7. no gratuity to retired persons
8. indirect threats given to keep voices down
9. currently affiliated to Mumbai University but planning to go autonomous University.
10. never give form 16 on time
11. delayed submission of epf (causes so much loss)
what can one person does against this situation?
I have lost my orignal Agreement of Home in 26/11 heavy rain fall. I save my Share certificate but I am lose my orignal Agreement of My flat what to do ? because in recent days Abhay yojanaa for stamp duty is going on and Still I am not paid my stamp duty kindly guide us.

Office wale nahi de rahe hai, bolte hai copy do to denge.

What if someone does this, follows these steps, and files a fake complaint, fake advert, etc, and obtains duplicate documents legally?? Now BOTH/TWO parties have 'original' documents...!!
In my opinion client have the original document with himself and not the sub registrar office. So there is no scope of getting original documents from sub registrar's office. You can only get the certified copy of the lost original document.
