At 2:47 found what I was looking for. "TAB KEY" to show where problem is. After 6 hr.s of looking at/through model and watching other videos. The hole was so small I could not see it highlighted in a very complicated drawing. YOU ARE THE BEST! Steve-
trying to fix a non solid group without this extension was like trying to find the needle that pricks you in entire ocean.....this extension is unbelievably useful
I had already tried CleanUp for turning a model into a solid, but it still wasn't working. With this extension, I finally found the SINGLE line I had to redo and got my solid model! Thank you so much for reviewing this extension.
I love this plugin. I use it alot. I love solids and also the solid tools SU has. Subtract is my favorite one. Makes it easy to drill holes at any angle i want:)
Hey Justin, just discovered your channel today, really helpful and in-depth stuff, thank you so much dude. I was going through your work, but I couldn't find any videos that include exporting Sketchup geometry to auto-cad Dwg. I'd like to know if you could make some videos on that in the future.
Hi there! I haven't really done anything on that so far - I get a lot more requests for importing Auto-Cad than exporting - just curious - what would you be using that for?
Please, can you make a detailed video about VIZ extension.....please i want to use it in my thesis work...I am asking you because you make great videos Justin
I did an intro to it here - ruclips.net/video/8GzQCscCnV4/видео.html - that said, honestly, that's a very complex extension and I'm not sure I have the capacity to dedicate to learning it in-depth at the moment. I think the guys over at Fluid Interactive (the developer) are working on some tutorials on their channel though. Thanks!
I guess I don't understand - I don't believe this extension actually 3D prints - I think it just checks your models and helps you fix them. I believe you still need to export to a different program to do the actual printing. Am I wrong on that one?
I think I explained bad :-D u r right, after making it solid u can export it to stl files then u can 3d-print it. Ive done it already, it works just perfect :-D
Thanks for the totorial, but i am having problems with fixing up stuff manually.. there is this car on 3d warehouse i wanted to 3d print, but it has internal components such as an engine. could you help me with making it a solid for 3d printing?
Hi there Ahmad - that really depends on what you're trying to do - I talked a bit about the different kinds of programs in this video - ruclips.net/video/J7u6fEmJWpo/видео.html - Thanks!
This is kind of interesting. I downloaded the "RBZ" file but I can't find any instructions on how to install the thing and this video isn't helpful on this front either.
I swear this is one of the useful extensions I have used. I cant imagine those days i used to sit and find a stray line in the object.

Probably not - 3D Warehouse models are notorious for being poorly modeled, and at some point, fixing them up as solids is very challenging
