  • I’m new to making tutorials, so bear with me here! Audio kind of sucks, and I’m a little scatter brained at times - lol. This wasn’t rehearsed and I did it in one take. Eeek
In this video I will show you how I design my flags for 3d printing. They are printed flat, heated in the oven, and formed using a mold.
There is a short video added at the end of the Fusion360 tutorial showing how I form the flag using the mold.
Link to download the flag and mold is here:

Awesome video on how to do this, I really need to buy and X1C or get a MMU3 for my Prusa :)

I started with a P1P (with AMS), and then got an A1 Mini, and I just recently got a P1S. I gave the A1 Mini to my nephew. Would love an X1C, but I don't really print any exotics, so I'm not sure it's really worth it for me.

Instead of saving as new bodies, save as a new component for each color and then it is much easier to color.....

What would be the difference, in regards to coloring them?

@@ShopTherapy623 By using components and exporting the step file to import into Bambu Studio, I reduce 1 white, 23 red and 58 black bodies in 3 components that can be colored all at once. I cannot figure out how to attach a picture to show it....

@@ogresden-de1xr ah so add all similar colors into one component? That makes sense. I usually import directly into Bambu as a 3MF - fairly easy to color as long as you label.

Or you can also create groups under bodies and add the bodies that are the same under that group. For instance, create a group under bodies called white and one called red, then move the reds in the red group and the whites in the white group .

@@lroyson That would work also, thanks!
