- After 30+ years of repairing hot tubs local to the Fraser Valley British Columbia, we decided we wanted to work smarter, not harder and provide our customers with a reliable product that could continue to provide comfort for years on end with regular maintenance. See why we choose Sunrise Spas as our brand of choice. thehottubshop....
We just bought a Sunrise Spa…straight from the manufacturer’s showroom in Grimsby, Ontario. We’re Niagara Region locals…so we had the benefit of going to see the factory and see their displays. But honestly, it was watching your videos from BC that got me convinced to buy from Sunrise. Excellent and extremely informative videos…please keep them going! Subscribed…👍🏻
That's awesome! We're coming out to that area this week, and we're going to check out the factory for the first time. Really looking forward to seeing it in person. It's really satisfying knowing we are helping to keep people informed when it comes to their purchasing decisions because, in the end, we just want people to have a reliable hot tub. Nothing is worse than having that conversation with a customer, letting them know I can't help them because of the way their hot tub was manufactured.
Having access to the leaks is a huge benefit! Only question I have is do you see any issues with the pumps dying from overheating? I’m sure not in winter, but in the summer should I take out insulation where the pumps are?
What do you think about jacuzzi brand tubs?
I like what I see in them but they are very expensive
Just bought a used 2015 model second hand. one pump of the two needs replacement/repair and the pump itself is leaking. The speakers also are not working on the unit. so far I've had no real way to find any troubleshooting for this issue. How would one go about finding that info and also, can the side R14 bagged insulation panels be purchased for replacement?
Just out of curiosity- why a 1 year old hot tub in your shop?🇨🇦 looking to purchase a hot tub soon. 👍
One of our customers who bought a sunrise spa, came to us one day and asked for a retirement job, so we gave him one. After about 6 months, he was eyeing up the next size up. So we traded in his old tub that was about a year old for a new larger size, and it happened to be the tub we did our video with.
@@TheHotTubShop cool, thanks for the reply. Do you service the Coquitlam area?
Do you deliver to Seattle?
Unfortunately we can't do business in the US, they would turn us around at the border. But you can come up to us and pick one up.
@@TheHotTubShop is there a us equivalent that's as good as a sunrise?
@@TheHotTubShop do they not make the ultimate series anymore?
@@korimalakos9559 they haulted manufacturing during covid. They just re-introduced the two person 670. But I haven't heard anything about the Ultimate. I'm not certain if they'll bring it back.
@@TheHotTubShop Thanks for the quick response! thats too bad it looked like a great tub.
