Heck yeah. Right now you can get an Illuminator on Amazon for $16.88, which means they’re almost guaranteed to be even cheaper on eBay. And how would you even break it in the course of daily activities? I honestly can’t think of a single realistic scenario.
but their strap won't last for long (2-3 years with daily wear) and if you want to replace it, you either have to order OEM one or put one on that doesn't fit. these watches have proprietary lug sizes. in contrast, g-shocks will last for several years if not for a decade.
@@susrev88 I have a super cheap F91W knock off from the late 80's or early 90's with the original strap along with the rest of the watch doing fine. I have never had a genuine Casio watch band fail yet. Even if G-shocks were free, they are too chunky for my wrist size.

Also, I have the GBD500 and I have to say that the band on it is very comfortable, too. I like the 200m water resistance and the shock resistance that is the hallmark of the g-shocks. It also connects by bluetooth to your phone, so you can always update the time on it very easily. Yes, it is more expensive than this watch. I'm not trying to defend that. But I don't think you should paint all g-shocks with the broad stroke of being uncomfortable to wear. There actually are comfortable g-shocks.
This is an interesting take, but here's the thing: You tried four different versions of the same watch. Casio has literally hundreds of models in their G-Shock line-up. Thousands if you count all the colour and strap variants. They come on rubber, both soft and hard, silicone, leather, nylon, steel, titanium and plastic bracelets, natos both single and double pass, stretchy nylon, bund leather, rally leather and probably more I don't remember. In fact, the only type of strap I've never seen on a G-Shock is a mesh bracelet. And they come in every possible shape and size (well, not every size, there are no really small G-Shocks, unless you wanna try the Baby-G - there are some cool ones there, if you don't mind the silly name). What I'm trying to say is that regardless of what size or shape your wrist is, you will find a G-Shock that will fit it like a custom tailored glove.
But he’s saying that he already found a Casio that does all of that and more (not to mention looks just as good if not better) for a fraction of the cost. G-Shocks are for wannabe tough guys.

Good video, but I disagree on milimetars... For my wrist 47mm is max.. 46mm seiko fits good, 47mm hamilton (meh..ok i guess), 48mm too big goes over my wrist. And in my country is 50 euros. Prices in my country are horrible, Murph is 1000euros.. And average month salary is 800 euros. As for Gshock..Yes (very uncomfortable to wear)
I also like this watch, it looks very cool, but it's tiny and some other youtuber compared step-counting watches and this one wasn't very accurate. I don't really care about step counting, I'm pretty happy with my W-800h and my Skmei W-96h, but if I'm getting a new watch, it needs to have CDT and not switch between 12 and 24hr format with just oressing a button. Also a 2nd time is useless to me. If this one wasn't so small, it'd be very good. I like watches with big digits, and this one has cooler looking digits than most digital watches, so that's a plus.
Nothing wrong with having your balls sucked. That said, the GBX100 is $130 more than this watch and pretty ungainly in its proportions. The only reason guys would pay for that is so it says “G-SHOCK”. I can always just write that on mine with a magic marker.
All the RATIONAL world use metric system, only the primitives use bio-system, aka, British system (or brutish system?), do you need a draw for explanation?

I used to work the graveyard shift for many years before getting a job at a cemetery, and I never saw the irony in that until just now.
The illuminators fit me better than a G-Shock. The illuminator is around $20 and you would have to seriously try to harm one.
