Dawg I can’t even thank you guys enough for this podcast! Thank you very much for this podcast with Gary Brecka.
My life of martial arts, country line dancing, Real estate business, keep myself attractive ended 10 yrs ago due to an accident that wasn't my fault. Didn't go with modem medicine protocol of pain medications & 5 surgeries. No broken bones. Just tears of ligaments, concussion, & several misalignments (3 area for surgery) of the spine. The insurance companies blamed lot on my age because I turned 59 2 months prior.
Have been working to get myself back on track using the inversion table to stop the fireworks in my brain that started when the left side of my head hit the concrete & stretch the spine from the twist & turn. Massage chair & the purple mattress.
I am going to do the breath class that I will give me back the oxygen that I was missing from Tae Kwon Do & dancing. The cold shower right after breath class.
I do do the fasting & clean air, clean well water & clean food.
I will be 70 in August 24. I never had any surgery or taken meds. want to get my attractiveness & my life back for my 70th birthday.

I started the program with genetic tests, blood work supplements, and hydrogen water. I want these interviews to discuss some of the negative things the patients have gone through while on the program and how they fixed it. For example, I was anxious about the supplements all night, but I will try to have them earlier in the day. Is this normal ? The hydrogen was causing severe acidity. I know the programs work, but I like to hear patients' reactions to the program and how it was handled. The COMT interview was great because your wife explained her reactions perfectly.

Life expectancy was lower back then due to deaths at birth and war. Very little to do with anything else. It weighted the averages down greatly.
